I was looking for a new springform to make a cheesecake for a special occasion. Completely ruined by this dreadful pan. The inner sheet curves upwards, making forming the crust a nightmare. When I put in the filling; batter leaking everywhere! This is on the first use, mind you. After the cooling time, I could not cut the cake without 40% of the crust getting stuck in the curves that I mentioned earlier. Please please please, avoid this pan. It will leave you disappointed and you'll be stuck with it.(Thanks for nothing, Galaxus)

I don't think I can recall ever using better Cake Tins than these. They are easy to use, easy to clean. Quality is the best I have ever come across. They only need light greasing or if required, you could use parchment paper. These Cake Tins also come with a lifetime warranty. They are expensive, but you get excellent quality and consistency. I fully recommend these excellent Cake Tins.

The title says it all! After using cheap tins for years I decided to splash out on this tin before making my Christmas cake this year. Can't believe the difference. Cake cooked much better and came out of the tin easier. Wish I'd bought it years ago. Discount helped but it is definitely worth the money.
It's taken me years to buy myself a good baking tin. Used it for Christmas Day and it's perfect! Should have bought it years ago! Nothing has stuck to it yet. One of the things I made was a cheesecake which at first was very runny and it didn't leak! Releasing the side certainly helps. Absolutely loving it and well worth the cost.
After using my old spring form tins for so long, I bought my first Le Creuset non stick. A bit pricy at first but: amazing! It bakes perfectly in the slightly heavier tin & cleans so easily. I’ve changed all my tins since then!

Excellent cake tin. I have been looking for a good quality springform tin that was going to stand the test of time. I have been using it regularly for a month now and no complaints at all. Can't go wrong with Le Creuset through JL. I was able to arrange pick up from my local Waitrose as well!
Great pan, nice and heavy and dark!!! I have not ever tried a springform pan that doesn't have the potential of leaking. Leaking rarely is a problem, however! I always put a heavy sheet of aluminum foil around the pan when I start. This is set into a heavy cookie sheet with 1" sides. While I am whipping up the cheesecake, I put a pot of water on to boil. After pouring batter into pan, I set sheet into oven followed by hot water. When set, I shut off oven, prop open with wooden spoon, and let cool for an hour!
