A beautiful dish that can be used in various ways. While it's designed for terrines, I used it as a sourdough loaf baking dish this week and tonight I will bake my turkey stuffing in it.

I had been looking for a right size terrine mold for my first steps at making Foie Gras, and this is perfect, size is perfect, comes with a press, so no need to make provisional ones, looks great so you can bring it to the table. can not find better
Lovely terrine pot just the right size for two but the chicken and ham terrine I made would comfortably have served four people as a starter . I would definitely recommend, not the cheapest by far but looks good and cooks well .
