This honey is superb, I appreciate that it is in glass, not plastic, and I like the old fashioned, pretty label.
Very fragrant, complex flavour notes. Maybe not an every day driver as the flavour is bold but delightful to mix it up a couple times a week in place of local bush honey.
Its a staple part of our diet
This is an Australian honey with a delicious, unique flavour. Unfortunately in rare supply now due to fire . A very precious item for me
first tried this honey in 2008 on a holiday to Tasmania and is the only one my wife and I will now purchase. I know individual tastes differ but we ate very little honey till then. Add the fact it is all Australian (an important fact with our food purchases) makes it that much better.
