GoodIt is good for both spotlighting and working. I don’t think its really worth it, the spotlight isnt as good as i was hoping, seems like a long distance floodlight rather then a spotlight. The H14’s have a good spotlight in comparison to these ones.It says 3500lm but thats only in the boost mode which can only run for10 seconds. Boost mode is pretty pointless in my opinion.I dont regret buying it, great torch but a bit expensive for what you get.

Bright torch that is pretty intuitive to work. Although I knew the weight it surprised me when it arrived and nearly didn't take on a LSAR training overnighter. But glad I did. The weight was not a bother on my head, and the lumens were excellent.Only criticism is the lateral buttons a bit tricky when wearing gloves.

Size is good given light output. If you can’t see well enough with this lamp don’t go out at night. Only negative is the push button switching. I would prefer a seperate on/off switch. It seems Fiddley when turning off. No doubt will improve with use and familiarity.
The torch is very bright on its maximum setting just as you would expect. However I have found that the spotlight beam is nowhere near as precise as I had hoped it wold be. it's focus is too broad over any reasonable distance. I feel that it would benefit from having the capacity to adjust the focus on this beam. There is no denying that this is a high quality, robust head torch. That said I don't consider that there is anything about it that justifies the exceptionally high purchase price.

Hands free, powerful head lights. All fully adjustable and is very comfortable, I recommend buying a second battery. No more wasting money on disposable batteries. Make sure you don't shine the light in anyone's eyes. I love it.
Amazing value,great for close up tactical approach on the more skittish fish such as Bass under red lamp . And flood and spot have three seperate settings as well as a Boost ,and lamp can be locked/unlocked to save it being set of inside your box/rucksack etc . Value for money,definitely in my opinion
Headlight was latest addition to our Ledlenser lighting collection. I have been using inferior headlights for years, gift cards from my kids helped with the money output towards my purchase (VERY well worth it), I feel Ledlenser is at the top of the mountain when it comes to nighttime viewing for any occasion. Spot light not as good as older models. Need to fumble through buttons for correct settings. Not as convenient as say, the H14R (i.e. not the model with the heavy hard plastic battery case at the rear).
