My order was dealt with very well and sent off with Aus Post. It did not arrive and has still not arrived 2 months later. Reduction Revolution were very, very helpful and re-dispatched the same order immediately after I contacted them and they were following up on the "lost" delivery. I received the 2nd order quickly and am very pleased with the LED lights that I bought. Could not have been a better service! Thank you.

An elegantly simple, modern LED light fitting at a more than competitive price.My only regret is thatI had previously bought Ledvance oyster lights (which I think were actually industrial bunker lights.) which had a much flatter profile on the lampshade. Everyone commented how good they looked - almost like a natural skylight in the ceiling. These oysters have a more traditional domed shape and don't have the same impact. Given that the shade is a fairly simple moulding, it would be great if both shapes could be offered as an option or a separate SKU.
Light has great lumination at a fantastic price. Delivered as described and in a very timely fashion.

Excellent products for the price. This is my second order of a number of items ranging in size from 250mm to 350mm. Well made with adjustable lumen values and easy to fit. Great design for connecting power source.
Nice appearance and very flexible with three modes of warm light, cool light and day light.I am just worried about replacement of the light when it blows out. There is no chance to replace the bulbs as the traditional lights.

it's great... BUT.... dont buy this if you're old and unable to use a smart phone as it is sold with a default start-up of 50% brightness... and without a smartphone and non5G wifi, you can't change it. I put in for ancient parents (90), had to use my phone... only bonus is i can turn it up and down anytime i want to annoy them haha
