This adds a great flavor to a variety of Chinese dishes. I've been starting to experiment with putting it in more dishes and am still learning how best to use it but at this point it's been pretty good. I think adds a nice touch to homemade Chinese food!

This stuff is so good. Love it for Mapo tofu or ya Shang eggplant style dishes. Good ferments funkiness with spice and umami and all the awesome flavors. I add a dash of this to bland dishes, but I also have designed my full meals around it.

One of the stable to make a stir fry. you an find it at most asian grocery stores for about $4. All you need a couple of tbsp and marinate the meat for 30 minutes. it's peppery and salty so becareful how much you put in.
