I received this product free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. This is a great warm weather citrus, aquatic fragrance. Very nice, mass appealing. I find it to be very familiar despite never having put my nose to its biggest comparison in Invictus Aqua. Right off the initial blast I got a nice hit of the grapefruit, bergamot with the spice of the pink pepper which quickly blends with the aromatic and continued spices of the cardamom mixed with the pink pepper from the opening. It settles pretty quickly and the musk and woodsy undertone of the base come in while still maintaining the citruses in the opening. Really nice wearing experience throughout. This tends to get a lot of flak for average or below average performance but off my skin it got about a good 6-7 hours of pretty good projection before it calmed to a skin scent and not really a faint one at that. Even after the 8 hour mark and beyond I was still getting hints of it with certain movements I made. So performance wasn’t an issue with this one for me anyways. I think it’s a phenomenal fragrance and one that will be a staple in my collection, especially for the warmer months. Definitely recommend for any beginners and I would consider it a safe blind buy.

The only issues I have with this fragrance is that it is not very unique and the longevity and projection is average at best. However, as mentioned before, it can be worn for just about any occasion or any season. I received this promotional item in exchange for my incentivized opinion. This Montblanc fragrance is definitely a crowd pleaser, good for spring and summer weather. It has a sweet and aquatic notes with floral and herbal of lavender and basil. It will definitely be a good choice for the day at the office or an outdoors warm weekend day. It's projection is good for about an hour or two but the sillage is not as strong and doesn't seem to last or perform all day but that is not a bad thing, it just leaves you wishing for longer time on your skin. I feel like this is one of Montblanc's eau de toilette that is made for younger men more than the usual more mature style of fragrances that the brand sells. I like it.

This is a wonderful version of a lavender forward woody cologne. The citrus pop at the start is really fun, I don't get the pink peppercorn on myself but I do get about 10-15 minutes of great grapefruit-bergamot brightness! As it dries down I love the much more classic warmth and cuddliness the woods, oakmoss, lavender, and musk give this. The aquatic and water notes are individually discernable to me, but lift this out of something that is just heavy with all of the above and it keeps that edge of brightness the citrus open had.Strong sillage on me, arms length easily for at least 4 hours, and lasts 8 or more total. Classic, timeless aquatic scent

I really like this fresh aquatic scent, and have worn it everywhere, from the office to the gym. That is how versatile this fragrance is. It just gives you that clean scent like you’ve just had a shower with very expensive and luxurious shower products. It is also one of those crowd-pleasers that will have people coming up to you to tell you that you smell good. I wear this both in the day and at night, and it has worked well regardless. The sillage is not super strong so the projection area is pretty much kept to a radius of say 3 feet away from you. Good, just not a signature scent

Woody and fresh. I feel like its freshness makes it appropriate for my man to wear any season or time of day. Lavender , oak moss, pink peppercorn, and white musks are most detectable. I do get a very slight citrus in the opening (likely from the grapefruit note). Its Longevity and projection both are on the weaker side of moderate (4 hours on skin maybe 6 on clothes) . The bottle packaging is nice and sturdy and I feel like the white and silver coloring matches the fresh profile of the fragrance and the bottle over all does have a masculine vibe. I think this scent isn’t necessarily complex , making it seem a little less unique and less luxury. However, it is not a bad scent. My boyfriend does like to wear it, it just isn’t his most reached for in his collection.

This is basically a clone of INVICTUS AQUA by PACO RABANNE. Obviously cheaper than IA. Longevity and silage are average. Legend Spirit by Montblanc is a Woody Aromatic fragrance. So if you want a better quality IA clone than the countless version ZARA sell (you know that fresh scent every release by ZARA for men smells like that's a variation on INVICTUS) The perfumier behind this fragrance is Olivier Cresp. Top notes are Grapefruit, Bergamot and Pink Pepper; middle notes are Water Notes, Lavender and Cardamom; base notes are White Musk, White Woods, Cashmere Wood and Oakmoss.
