Love this set, finished product is absolutely adorable. Not nearly as sturdy as some of the other botanical sets, even as I was attaching the leaves the bamboo sticks were practically falling apart. I like to display my botanical sets in the living room so that worries me about how well they will hold up. Other than that I love the concept and the inclusion of the lucky coin is wonderful, I chose not to hide it underneath so I can show it to anyone who asks about the set.

One star off for the tallest bamboo stalk. It won't snap on the base to make it not move. Tried taking off all the pieces for that stalk and reversed the black rod but still won't snap on the base no matter how hard I push to snap. It also was missing 1 round flat green piece but I have extra from other kits I built before.

I bought this for my CNY setup. This was a lot of fun to build, I am happy with how it turned out. (Goes great with the creator 3in1 Panda for this occasion as well, which I will take apart and build the Orcas for summer and the Penguins for fall.) Love the hidden gold coin, good job LEGO!
I am with others saying the ending results is a bit wobbly and I made sure I put together as intended. The taller stalks tend to wobble but found moving the leaves can help with overall balance where the stalks don't wobble too badly.I would still recommend this to a friend and I plan to purchase a second for myself.
i really do love this set.. i comes with my three favorite characters and im sad to see that its no longer a product i can purchase... finding this product at the bottom of a store shelf was like finding the end of the rainbow. The bamboo was a fun little build. It went together smoothly and looks great. I am not a fan of dumping things in my builds, so I’ll be putting the ‘pebbles’ away. I’m sure the designer was trying to solve the issue but I would have preferred those be left out.
While I'm not personally into mosaics, I get the appeal and especially just like collecting cool little bits. The Dots series has a lot going for it -- I'm a fan of the bracelets and other accessories -- but this particular item is just missing something. While Series 3 is the standout, offering 3D elements for the first (and last?) time, and Series 4 had a clear theme - creating faces -- this one is just a meh mish-mash of unrelated symbols and, to my eyes, an incoherent color palette. Not sure what they were aiming for here, but for the first time in its product history, these Dots kind of hurt my eyes.
