This set was my tenth modular building, and I am not disappointed at all. The intricate room design and creative businesses add a fun variety to the modual set lineup. Despite its unique exterior, the continued motifs from floor to floor and set to set keep the Tudor house right at home with the others. The lack of stickers in lieu of printed peices made construction that much less tedious, and the fun tidbits about the modular world are a delight as you work through the instruction manual. There are a couple building techniques used that I have never seen before, which I think any builder, new or seasoned, will find fascinating. The small rooms and odd angles make play difficult, but this is a gorgeous display piece!

Having been an avid collector of the Lego Modular Series since the Green Grocers I can honestly say that this build has been one of the best yet. The box design was different to usual with a lid rather than opening from an end. It was great to see the new paper bags in this set. Instead of seeing all the pieces in see-through plastic bags, I really felt that each bag offered the element of surprise because you couldn't work out what you were going to build next until the bag had been opened. The build progresses really well with rooms/shops developing at a steady pace with great detail inside and interesting building techniques.Being from the UK, it's great to add a British style building to my LEGO town. As always looking forward to the next modular. Thanks LEGO!

This set is absolutely incredible and it’s hard to find any issues with it because of its great design and aesthetic. The last few years of modular sets are what brought me back to the hobby. That said I don’t believe any have stood out as much as this one. Its design and intricate details make it stand out like no other modular set and will be a hard one to pass.Clever building techniques and ingenious part usage give nothing but awe as you build this beauty. Now as usual, I built this in one sitting, a very enjoyable 12 hour build and proved challenging at times, especially trying to put together those strange angles for the pub.

This is one of the best Modular Sets Lego has ever done! The amount of details in this set are simply amazing. Each step is different and are not repetitive. I highly recommend you add this to your collection. Thank you LEGO!!
I’m a big marvel fan so I usually focus on those sets but the Tudor Corner caught my eye when it first released and it didn’t disappoint. It was a fun build and a great value for your money. If you’re thinking of buying it I recommend it!
The overall build experience is probably one of the best out of all the modular building. The use of new parts and recolored parts from the various themes made for an interesting building. From the first floor to the third floor there are new building techniques used through out. Overall a fun build :) As you can see in the pictures it blends in well in a modular building city scape.
What a fantastic building the colours are wonderful and the fact that it’s printed tiles is greatly appreciated and should be a standard for everything. This is my favourite modular in the series so far and was a first day purchase.
I just recently got into the modular builds. It's become quite the obsession. Out of all the sets I currently own, this is definitely a Stand out. Its very detailed for its size. It's on the smaller scale compared to others but the build experience is so fun. The clock shop and especially the top floors outer wall were truly a new experience . I recommend this set to any modular fan.
I'm sure this set would get here, and I'd like to accurately review it when it actually showed up. I ordered this set January 1st, and it was originally supposed to arrive the 4th. (That makes sense, after all its 3-5 business days.) Check again the next day, and it's been delayed to the 6th. Okay... that's longer than the shipping time it was supposed to be. Check today and it's been delayed to the 9th because of "inclement weather" (some snow) so now it's been nearly twice as long as it was supposed to be since I ordered it. What ever happened to "Neither Rain, Nor Sleet, Nor Dark Of Night Shall Stay These Couriers From The Swift Completion Of Their Appointed Rounds" I have a good feeling they'll delay it for a third time as well.
I think this is my first review, however I have been building sets and designing MOCs for about 16 years now. This set is a masterpiece! I am just blown away by the creativity in the part usage and the intricate details. I had been getting a bit tired of the modulars over the years and this has absolutely re-invigorated my love for them. I just can't say enough positive things about how great this set is. From the color scheme to the choice of eclectic business... just WOW. Anyone who puts together this set automatically becomes a more skilled builder. I learned so many new techniques and am thrilled with some of the new part colors that became available. If you are a LEGO fan you HAVE to get this set!
