These packs are a great addition to the mario LEGO sets. Really happypicking these up online !!
My son wanted these for Christmas so badly and it looked like great fun. He got the Mario starter pack and friends and relatives bought him several of the expansion sets, as well as him spending his own money on them. We knew that they did not come with instructions; that you would need to use some kind of tablet or device to get the build instructions, and while this takes away from the typical Lego experience, it is not a deal breaker. What has been beyond frustrating is that supposedly there are all of these great things you can do with Mario through the app. We have installed that app on 3 iPads, 2 iPhones, and a Fire tablet and have not EVER been able to get Mario to connect with Bluetooth to any of them. Huge set with lots of fun, interactive components. Works with any super Mario starter course.
The Mario Lego is great and these make brilliant treats for my nephews. The Lego is good quality and keeps them busy for 15 minutes. They are compatible with the existing Lego Mario sets. My nephews love them!
Thought this would be so much fun, considering Super Mario passing down through generations. Usually Legos are fun to build and detailed instructions. Not these, you have to download the app (1.2 gb) The instructions are lukewarm at best. Just scrapped it all together. I recommend getting other legos.
