LEGO 75372 Clone Trooper & Battle Droid Battle Pack - Star Wars

This is the epitome of what a battle pack should be. It started with the 2020 501st Legion which included clones, builds, and droids. They definitely improved upon that with this battle pack. Nine minifigures for $30? That's crazy! Add in the Octuptarra tri-droid with a speeder and defense post. That's absolute insanity! Such a great value from LEGO and I am going to commend them on that.I like that we get the four clones, although I wish it included either 4 plain Phase 2 clones or as it is now, but replacing one of them with a 327th, since this is a bit of a callback to set 7655 in 2007. The speeder is pretty lackluster, as well. I'm not a big fan of the helmet holes due to their location being above where they logically would be (see Mandalorians and Phase 1 clone helmets for reference), but the stars of this battle pack are not the clones but the CIS side of this pack. Finally we get more Separatist droids in bulk!One glaring omission is the accessory pack. This set should have come with an accessory pack. The big argument for these ugly holes in the P2 helmets is to accessorize them. Where is the accessory pack that has been included with every battle pack lately? This one really should have included either a black or dark bluish gray accessory pack and there is just no excuse for it not being included.

My kids both love Lego Star Wars. Specifically they love Lego clone troopers, so when this set was announced we knew we had to get them each one, so ordering this was a first thing on the 1st in this house. The shipping was the fastest I’ve ever had for a new released set with regular shipping, so mad props to the warehouse and shipping folks at Lego on this. I appreciate that this set has 2 instruction booklets meaning I could work on the walker build while the kiddos worked on the clones/droids and their vehicles. The build is pretty easy, and is very fun to play with. The kids definitely were excited about the shock trooper, and I personally think the stap is the most exciting part of this set. From a set set composition perspective, I’m a little confused as to why it comes with the shock trooper but my kids sure don’t care. This set is a lot of fun and has a lot of different value no matter what type of Lego fan you are.

This set is near-perfect for filling out those empty seats in your larger vehicles, or simply giving your favorite SW faction something to battle.-The builds are small, but good and with great pieces that have good potential for being reused in custom builds.-The droid-to-clone ratio is great, taking into consideration how common B1's are, and focusing instead on the rarer B2's.
