I want to be honest with this review;I only bought the set for the Fives minifig. But I was pleasantly surprised with a good build a good figs. The Darth Vader fig is pretty good, always has been, and I love the detailed stormtroopers. I do wish the rebel fleet troopers had duel molded legs but what we get is fine. I love the door feature, and yes, I admit I did spend more time than I should have opening and closing the door. I love the fives mini figure, its a great addition to my clone army.

I absolutely love this set. Recreating an iconic scene with so many great play features, such as being able to flick minifigures off of their studs as if being hit in battle, is awesome. The set looks great and the two sided heads with different expressions on the rebels is sick. The set looks amazing and the slick white flat pieces makes it exceptional. Arc trooper fives looks great too and is the main reason I really wanted this set. The overall build surpassed my expectations. Cheers, LEGO!

Initially i found it difficult to decide which sets to go for from this new wave, eventually settling on Boarding the Tantive IV, and I'm so glad I did. The set was a relatively straight forward build, with some amazing features like the sliding blast door and ability to catapult some figures, as if they had been forced away. The figures in this set are amazing with a brilliant selection, including the long anticipated Arc Trooper Fives. However, Fives does have some minor floors like the accuracy of the helmet. But this is only a minor issue on an excellent set.All together, this is a fantastic set to pick up and provides an entertaining building experience, with a brilliant figure selection and looks amazing on display!

While this is a great set, and for the younger folks it probably will be enjoyed for its play features, I will be converting it to a diorama. These iconic scenes should definitely be made into dioramas. So this was a great start to the diorama build for me, but ultimately bought additional legos to turn it into what I wanted out of the set. Overall the build is way more complicated then it needs to be, and the stickers aren't great. The white stickers on white brick stands out like a sore thumb, as they are not the same shade. Its a good not great set and slightly overpriced due to piece count, but the extra figs make up for it a little.
This set is very good! Even if Fives wasn’t a part of it, it’s still awesome! Fives is a good figure, and the negative comments about it are just nit-picky people. It’s really good for what LEGO could do! The printing in the helmet is the best that can be done, and the cloth price can easily be filed to look better. The build was phenomenal, and was straight forward! Not complex at all!Any child would love the play features in this, and adults would love to display the iconic scene! This set is a 10 out of 10, and I can’t wait to do some photography with this set!
I was hoping to see this scene as a diorama, but the build here is close enough that it can be easily modified into one. However, the play features are great for kids! Being able to bump the characters off is very dynamic, and the door mechanic is very satisfying. The price feels a bit steep for the build, but getting 6 minifigures makes it seem a lot more reasonable, and getting Fives as a bonus is nice.I recommend this set. Fun for kids and displays well too.
I feel like this set is exactly what I like to see in a Lego Star Wars set. It's a diorama of an iconic scene which looks complete but comes with plenty of play features that are incredibly satisfying to build and play with, most notably opening and closing the door, which is brilliantly designed to be smooth and satisfying. It also has what is lacking from a lot of display pieces, that being minifigures. Not only do you get a decent amount of rebels and stormtroopers but it also comes with Darth Vader and an exclusive clone trooper. Love the set and it sits proudly on my desk as my favourite build. Just please, no more stickers.
Overall a fantastic set with a few minor issues. They detailing in the corridor on the walls is fantastic and the returnof rebel soldier minifigures was done brilliantly. Also the fact that the door “blasts” open is definitely an awesome feature for display and play. Even though fives helmet is completely wrong and we still have no waist cape, I still have fun using him as a generic 501 arc trooper. My main issue is that Lego still uses the fat stormtrooper helmets from 2019. Even the rebels version could at least turn more than 15 degrees. Revert to the 2018 original trilogy stormtroopers sometime please :)
This is the most needlessly intricate build process I've seen so far this year (April 2024). That's not a bad thing mind you, it's just crazy the infinite amount of different pieces used to make up a wall. It's nuts! Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it to a casual fan due to it being pretty bland. For collectors it's a decent display piece. I think young ones would love it most as the high number of minifigs would probably provide much fun play time. As for me, I just really wanted the Clone Trooper Fives exclusive figure, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.
I bought it for my boyfriend’s 27th birthday! He’s been talking about this set since it was announced and it didn’t disappoint. He was so happy when it finally came in the mail he built it right away. He did have some difficulty building a part of it due to it not wanting to fit together so he had to build it backwards. But he loves it!! Especially the limited edition figurine. I love seeing him play with this Lego set. Highly recommend if you have someone special in your life that’s a huge Lego and Star Wars fan.
