LEGO Chrysanthemum

I received the Lego Chrysanthemum free for review from Influenster. That in no way changes my honest opinion of this product. I love that Lego makes so many sets that look like pieces of art and home decor! This set was easy to put together and took only a few minutes to do so. The colors used in this Lego set are vibrant and just happen to match the color scheme if my daughter's room. She has placed this Lego ser on her nightstand as a flower that will be in bloom all year. It looks beautiful!

CHRYSANTHEMUM

When I first saw the new botanical line I was not super excited and felt a little disappointed but I've really enjoyed building this. I'd have liked the build to have lasted longer than it did but it is beautiful on display and the quirky element making the petals is very cool lego part use.I like the idea that there may be 4 in this range and think despite being unsure about the plum blossom originally feel I may purchase it,mainly due to it being more low cost and the feedback online about it.I love the pit and the colours and I think this is a really good priced lego botanical item and gorgeous for a gift or display.

Digital manual ridiculous

The digital manual goes through each of the 2 or 3 part assemblies in separate steps. So when there’s 18 identical assemblies it uses 18 separate steps. It’s slow in response after every one of them too. These are extremely simple assemblies and should only be shown once and combine all those steps into an 18x repetition step. Very frustrating painfully flipping through all those steps to get to the next step after all that repetition.

Excellent Botanical Purchase

I had a great time with this build and have loved the botanical Lego sets. This is one being no different. Though I will admit, that occasional drops with the flower bud caused very minor frustration I’m beyond happy with how this turned out! And it’s a great decor piece for any household or LEGO enthusiast. Excellent value for the cost, and would love to see more botanical sets like this in the future

Flowers getting better every time!

I was first introduced to Lego flowers last year when my husband bought me the red roses and was hooked straight away! I have now built several of the botanical range which I dot around the house for colour and talking points. I must say that each new one seems to get better in terms of realism and how it looks. The vases on this and the peach blossom are amazing, the best yet and I hope Lego keep adding to this range as I am well and truly hooked! It is a small build and doesn't take very long, but it is still fun and so clever how the pieces fit together. I have the two of them now displayed on a shelf in my kitchen as they add a lovely pop of colour. My favourites so far.

Fun build, Nice splash of color

I was excited when I saw these new botanical sets coming out as I tend to put seasonal flowers on top of my Japanese tea cabinet. I also own the bonsai tree and the orchid, so I was looking forward to the chrysanthemum and Plum Blossom sets. When the box arrived, I was surprised that it was much smaller than I expected. The build consists of three numbered bags and came together fairly quickly. Without giving too much away, I loved some of the unique pieces used in the build and that the kit portrays buds, flowers in partial bloom, and full bloom. I also loved how LEGO used color gradation to make it pop visually. The only downside is it is a bit smaller than I was expecting, measuring about 10.5” at the very top of the largest flower, but this is a great ... MoreI was excited when I saw these new botanical sets coming out as I tend to put seasonal flowers on top of my Japanese tea cabinet. It was easy to install until you get to the lights at the base...

Lights at the base require A LOT of dexterity to properly get into position to allow the lego pieces to fit back on. I ended up not following the instructions exactly and instead using a toothpick to poke the LEDs into the gaps of the bricks before setting the bricks down. This was also my first kit, and I didn't expect the power distribution board to just hang outside of the pot. Probably the only clean way to display it now is to wrap the board and excess cabling in black tape to make it look like a single power cord coming out of the pot.

Loving Lego's plants/flowers

I own almost all of Lego's plant/flower builds...they are mixed in with all my real plants around my house. This 'Mum' is a great addition.I love the gold on the pot and the 'fancy' feet. The build was nice for relaxation after a long day. The plant currently sits at the entrance to my office space as a nice pop of colour.I'm looking forward to seeing what other plant/flower builds Lego comes out with.

[Rewarded Review] Simple yet stunning!

I absolutely adore the LEGO Chrysanthemum set. The flowers are incredibly vibrant, detailed, and fun to assemble. I especially appreciate how the set includes all three stages of bloom. The flower pot makes it easy to display, and it will be a great addition to my LEGO botanical collection. The pieces are durable and the design is compatible and versatile with their other collections. The build is quick and straightforward, resulting in a stunning finish.
