LEGO City Yellow Mobile Construction Crane Toy Set 60409 (Model 6470782)

What an amazing building experience. My son loves this, great for at home construction fun. Assembly is awhile and it's important to be the correct age or the younger ones will get frustrated. This toy provides hours of endless entertainment. Legos are interchangeable and beyond durable they last forever.

I received this complimentary Lego Yellow Mobile Construction Crane set from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. This set is AWESOME! Not only is it durable and functional, it provides hours and hours of fun for my kiddos! With so many different variations the kids are able to play for hours on end. I feel this set is safe and very engaging for children to play with and I highly recommend. Thanks so much, Influenster!

Awesome set of a construction enthusiast

Just started picking up a few construction equipment sets for desk art at work. Snagged this crane set, the excavator and roller all at the same time. I was blown away at the size and features of this crane. The porta-potty is a hilarious touch (and a necessity). I sincerely hope Lego continues releasing more construction equipment sets in the near future!!

Great Build Experience!

The mobile construction crane is super fun to build! It is a lot of fun to play with, but it can be hard to pick up the potty without manually attaching it to the hook. The knobs that control the arm are hard to turn, but this can be fixed if you use one or two power functions motors, which are really easy to attach. Unfortunately, the yellow stickers are the wrong shade of yellow, but it is not extremely noticeable. This set is very long, which can be a challenge to display, but if you can find a shelf, I would definitely recommend getting it!

Unique mechanics, very educational

I really like this build. The way the crane arm extends is really simple and effective. The way the operator cockpit rotates is also really well done. The transformation between a stationary and mobile mode is really well done. My only issue is the minifigs, they dont look like construction workers because they don`t have human proportions, and at this point all they are doing is driving up the cost of the set. Overall though I`m pretty happy with what I got.

[Rewarded Review] Awesome toy and fun to assemble

I am a huge fan of Lego products. The assembly manuals are always perfect. Theres no way to mess them. The way Lego interlocks and stay together is top notch quality. I cant wait to put this together.

[Rewarded Review] Family. Fun. Together

I want to thank Lego and Influenster for giving me this campaign to try out and give a review on. Had it not been for that, I don't think I would have ever put a Lego Build together in my life. I have built your basic tower but never thought about an actual project. Let me tell you, do it! You will have so much fun. It's challenging, calming, fun and motivating. It brought our family together to sit and do something we all enjoyed. There are 1160 pieces in this one and they are in numbered bags to help guide you. There is also a book to help show you how to build your Lego Design. My son loves construction vehicles so doing the crane was perfect. We are having a blast and building our crane while spending time together. I may have found my new relaxing hobby.

[Rewarded Review] Very fun to build!

This set was just flat-out fun to assemble. Just about everything looks fantastic. I’d say “just about” because the windshield is made of two parts that just feel off without something to represent a post between them and the under sides of wash piece divides the interior oddly. But it’s a minor criticism of my own.The boom lifts well and has nice range. You do need to use the locking pins you assemble to lock it in place. And speaking of the pins, you’re supposed to place them in the slots near the base of the boom but I think they look better placed in the technic brick parts on the counterweights. And the boom extends smoothly. You do need to lower the hook as you extend it. So some gearing to adjust the length of the thread as you extend the boom would’ve been ... MoreThis set was just flat-out fun to assemble. Just about everything looks fantastic. [Rewarded Review] We love legos

We love legos in our house. This was a perfect set for my son. His dad works in construction and he loved putting this together. He laughed that it even had a porta potty. It took him a while to put it it together but we are very happy with this set.

This is an amazing construction crane design. Great execution of cabling, outriggers, telescopic boom, and counterweights. This was very enjoyable build. Lego did a great job of capturing the essence of this mobile crane. I wish it could have been sponsored by one of the current manufacturers.
