About LEGO Dimensions There is an ancient planet at the centre of the LEGO Multiverse inhabited by an evil mastermind, Lord Vortech. It is said that he who controls the Foundational Elements that this planet is built upon, controls all of the Multiverse. Lord Vortech has vowed to be that ruler, summoning characters from a variety of LEGO worlds to help him find these building bricks of LEGO civilization. Some have agreed. Others have rebelled. And only the combined powers of the greatest LEGO heroes can stop him. When a mysterious and powerful vortex suddenly appears in various LEGO worlds, different characters from DC Comics, The Lord of the Rings and The LEGO Movie are swept away. To save their friends, Batman, Gandalf and Wyldstyle bravely jump into the vortex. As they journey to locations beyond their wildest imaginations in search of their friends, they soon realize that Lord Vortech is summoning villains from across different LEGO worlds to help him gain control. As his power grows, worlds mix, unexpected characters meet and all boundaries are broken. Our heroes must travel through space and time to rescue their friends before the vortexes destroy all of LEGO humanity.

I'm so loving my LEGO Dimensions game; and adding Gimili to my ever growing list of characters is awesome. He's so fun to play. Love his spin attack and is Axe Chariot! Everyone needs to get Gimili!

Really love the gimli minifigure. He comes with a really cool detailed helmet and beard. He also has two faces you can use (one is calm and the other is angry). In game, he allows you to crawl through small spaces.

These add-on Fun Packs for the new LEGO Dimensions game are a little pricey but if you have a Gamers Club membership it helps out a lot. The mini ram cart build is fun and Gimli minifigure is a great addition (although there's nothing special about this minifigure as it's the same that can be found elsewhere). Great way to add gameplay plus get LEGO at the same time! His small stature allows him to get into small places other character cannot.

Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun! Fun!
While the combination of Super Strength and Mini Access is a great pairing, that's really all Gimli has going for him. The character is otherwise pretty lackluster and does not give access to any new content. Gimli can access the Lord of the Rings Adventure World, which is already accessible by the Gandalf figure from the Starter Pack. Other packs you will acquire along your journey to 100% completion will fill in the abilities you miss out on by passing up on Gimli
Gimli is such a cool character from the films and the lego version is just as fun. I liked the cart build, it is one of the better vehicles from this line. Nice kit.
Gimmley is a great add on set to Lego Dimensions. He comes with his cart that can be made into a couple other vehicles and he is very detailed and looks great. Very fun to use in game play and see if the different worlds. If you are playing Lego Dimensions and you are a Lord of The Rings fan this is defiantly one you'll want to pick up!!
Doesn't do much since dimensions game comes with a lord of the rings character already. This character has ability to shrink down for small spaces. Similar to Bart and doc's drone. Nothing special.
I absolutely love that Lego Dimensions spans so many different movies/ cartoons/ tv shows old and new. Bringing the best of everybody together to defeat evil ..does it even get any better than this?! Well they made sure to include Lord of the Rings and this is where Gimli comes into play. A great edition to Lord of the Rings, as well as the all encompassing Lego Dimensions. Great character with great abilities and could possibly have one of the coolest modes of transportation in the game. Excellently done character and vehicle design. Buy this!!!
Be warned you get a character and the your item or items well thinks like the witches flying monkey has three forms so if you want to collect them as well as use them then you need to buy 3 sets leaving you with two left over characters. Would be nice if the item/companions were sold separately.
