I have been adding sections to my Hogwarts one set at a time for a little over a year now, and I was very excited to be able to add Dumbledore's office!This build was really fun. The details really made it a great experience for me: the books that slide out and pop open were an AWESOME touch and fun to build, as were the bookshelves in Dumbledore's office and the turrets on the side of the tower. This set looks great when added to the others in the Hogwarts collection.The minifigures are also cute! From a playability standpoint, some of the details in the library make it hard to move minifigures around inside the set, but the tiered nature of the set makes it easy enough to find room for everyone.Overall, really pleased with this set!

I love this set! The design is awesome, and it’s a building that hasn’t been done since like 2003. Dumbledores office feels very realistic as it has multiple floors and all the trinkets like the pensieve. The library is also nice, because it’s not something that would typically be a set. I also enjoyed the shape of it and how there were some outside areas to stand on. Good minifigs we’re included.

I purchased the Dumbledores Office Lego set for my granddaughter for a Christmas present this year of 2022 because my daughter said that my granddaughter would be so excited if she got this present. She’s my only grandchild, and the only one that I will ever have. I feel so blessed to at least have one grandchild. So why not spoil her? I cannot wait to see her face when she opens this.

This is a really, really fantastic set. In addition to the sometimes beautifully designed rooms, the mini figures also offer real highlights in this set. You get a great selection of minifigs and each one is highly detailed and instantly recognisable. The whole kit is packed full of amazing details from the HP movies. The assembly is easy, as each step is depicted and presented individually in the instructions. The parts are colourful, which makes it easier to assign and search for the parts. Was a lot of fun to assemble the set, to discover the individual levels and to remember the films and books
What a great hobby to do with the grandchildren that does not involve electronics. Most children love Lego & harry potter so to combine these together is great. Having the book to follow & the pieces in labelled bags is good although some of the blocks look the same in the pictures so maybe have a measurement ruler in the book & labeled with size would be helpful. I noticed when blocks are put together mistakenly, they are hard to pull apart even with the tool provided. The children are now bugging their parents to buy the rest of the sets to complete.
Really enjoyed this set, it is a hige step up from the very lackluster nad sticker covered Dumbledore’s office that came in the 2019 Clocktower!The library is a nice addition! While i dislike the fact that the Pensieve was on top of DUmbledore’s office, instead of inisde it, the modularity of this set allows you to put both rooms side by side, expanding DO footprint.The new invisibilty cloack, filch, mrs norris, baby fawkes and madame Pince are fantastic additions! However i felt the new prints on Dumbledore are abit of a waste: he doesnt look that different from the 2018 great hall or the 2021 fawks, i felt that the budget for that could be used elsewhere.Overall a great set, with great playability!
As a Potterhead, can say this is one of the best Legos made! It’s very exciting to build and seeing Dumbledore’s office come together! However, it’s not highly recommended if you have little ones as there are smaller bits of legos. If you have older kids, it would be great to build this with them and mold them into becoming a second gen potterhead!They would enjoy building it with you. They could also play with it after building and take off the roof for easy access.

I am so very disappointed with this set because I was really looking forward to a Dumbledore's Office set and kept requesting it on the section of the Lego Website. But this set is not really a proper set of his Office and in fact, the Office in this set is no better than Dumbledore's Office in the Clock Tower set. It is not an improvement of his Office in the Clock Tower, because there is still no space in his Office to put minifigs. Actually, in the Clock Tower set you even have the Pensieve 'IN' the Office and the Sword of Gryffindor has a semblance of being in his Office too. Whereas in this set the Pensieve is on the floor above the Office and the Sword is stuck in the rafters, looking like an afterthought. And it doesn't feel like his Office with it being ... It would have been so easy to do by extending the empty wasted outside space on both sides of his Office and making the inside space of his Office larger so that we could actually have the Pensieve and Sword in there, and space in front of his desk for chairs for minifigs to sit on, so we have proper playability in there, because as it stands we cannot really do that as there is no space in his office and it is such a disappointment. The outside could also easily still have looked like a Tower, by the inside of his Office having a high ceiling and a stairway/walkway/balcony with books on above his desk like in the films. I personally would have much preferred a proper Dumbledore's Office than the Library stuck underneathe. If you have the Clock Tower, don't bother with this set as there is no real improvement in the Office and I feel this set is massively overpriced. It just doesn't feel worth it. Also, the useless mesh/grate baseplates limit the playability even more and leave so much wasted space on a set with already limited space, please go back to proper stud baseplates.
The building process was fun as are most Lego projects but the real fun is the display and play features. Combining the modular Hogwarts set is like a little dopamine hit. This set pairs well with both the hospital wing and the chamber of secrets from the same lineup. I can see myself as a child having endless fun with this set playing with cape of invisibility and the tiered structure
