I haven't bought a Lego set since I was a kid, but as soon as this was leaked a few months ago, it had me sold and I immediately had to order it. This is such a beautiful piece to display and additionally, there are so many fun mechanisms and features. I love the minifigures, it was a good choice and they all have great detail. For anyone who is a fan of Indiana Jones and Lego, this set is must-have. I now really want Lego to expand the Lego Indiana Jones category. The only negative that I can think of about this set was that there were so many stickers rather than printed pieces, but that wasn't a big deal for me.

My son was given this set for his birthday and we both agree that it was the most fun build ever. What makes it fun is that lego pieces are used in creative ways, the build is not symmetrical, and each section is part of a distinct scene. I highly recommend this set.

Seems Best Buy sent me an already opened, taped up box addressed to some guy in Illinois. I was under the impression since I paid full retail price that the item I would receive would be brand "new." The escape from the Lost Temple came just fine. Why the used product? Box was also damaged around the edges. Tape job was poor. I'll buy direct from LEGO next time.

Iām a huge indy fan and wow lemme just say this set is seriously so awesome. I love everything about it, it really captures the idol scene in raiders of the lost ark!! It really brings me back to the older sets back then as well! Thank you lego for making this set, and I hope they continue to add onto the indy line!
Whilst a fantastic display piece, it also doubles as a fun one with some very well integrated play features that work seamlessly. My only criticism would be that 3 Indiana Minifigures would have meant you could display him in all three diorama sections at once, whilst at the moment you must choose and leave the others unused
This was a great transaction. My son wanted this Lego set but it was out at all the stores. He was so surprised when it arrived in the mail. This was such an easy transaction. Would definitely purchase from again.
Beautiful set and fun to build. Great colour and attention to detail. Very accurate to the movie. Moving parts are well engineered and work perfectly. I highly recommend for any Indy fan.
As a lifelong Indiana Jones fan who grew up with the Lego theme and games, my dream was to see a return to this legendary and overlooked subtheme. This set is everything I could have hoped for in a modern Indy set and more! The booby traps and mechanisms are a major improvement from the 2008 temple and the added detail in both the minifigures and building outline go a long way! If you're a Lego Indiana Jones fan and don't have this set yet, what are you waiting for!
This is a magnificent set, even by Lego's high standards. The mechanisms on the various moving parts are super satisfying to both build and use and the attention to detail is superb - right down to the spiders on Satipo's back! I very much enjoyed making this and now I'm torn between wanting to keep it built so I can enjoy it and taking it to pieces so I can make it all over again!
Lot of nice moving parts, enjoyable building experience. Despite being a licensed property, it isn't exorbitantly priced. Excellent display piece, fun and interactive.The use of technic components to make moving parts work is really fun too. Figuring out how the parts you assemble fit together as you build is great. The golden idol room especially is the centerpiece you'd expect it to be.One minor qualm I have is that the boulder can be a bit troublesome to roll down its run, because there's nothing locking the guide for its run on-axis. Sometimes it gets in the way. Probably an easy fix though so don't be discouraged by it.Each room is also an excellent backdrop for stop motion if one is so-inclined.
