I got some Lego sets a few weeks ago to do with my 6 yr old son. I've been trying to buy hands on leaning toys for him when I can. His absolute favorite with Legos so far is the Mario set ,that's pretty awesome too!! This set me and my son started it, he left me I had to finish it. I couldn't figure out how to get the step by step instructions on the tablet going for this set. This set is awesome though. It's amazing what comes out of alot of little pieces. The car is awesome, my son loved it after I put it together. This set took me a little while to put together but it has 3 men, the big car and then a little buggy car for the other man. The thing I thought was awesome, is the blasters on the one man and on the car that really shoot the disk. This set is really ... MoreI got some Lego sets a few weeks ago to do with my 6 yr old son. I think this set was originally made to be a ninjago legacy version of the ninja night crawler, because it looks exactly like it! I hate this wave of sets that are literally made for children! Ninjago is up to this point a theme that needs to be taken more seriously! This set barely peeked my interest, but getting it in hand, it’s just a car! Not saying that’s bad to have a Lloyd car without the insane and annoying function of the 2018 model, but the new one is just the car and a couple of annoying snake dudes!!! I could see this at $20 tops for just the car and Lloyd alone! That would’ve been way better! As it stands though, it’s just generic!

I got this Lego building kit last month. The set is easy to build. It comes with a tool to help remove Legos if you make a mistake! The set took about two hours to assemble. It actually builds into a useable car that you can race and has two mini figures to race.100% would get another.

My daughter is just under the recommended age for this set but she took to it like a duck to water - with a little help from me on some of the tougher connections. Graduating from Duplo, this is only our sixth kit but I love how much she’s grown as a builder, especially her attention to detail. Awesome set for a beginning builder!
He's 11 now (grandson) and still loves Lego! That's a good sign. And it makes gift buying easier. He loved this at first sight and proclaimed that he'd 'never seen that one before!' - he's in a Ninjago/Minecraft state of flux.A good mix of figures and a groovy vehicle with lots of interesting and unusual pieces to add to an ever growing collection of bits once he gets tired of it being what it was intended to be.They never tire of Lego. I never tire of Lego.
My child enjoyed building this Race Car Lego set. There is a lot of pieces to entertain a child for a few hours. They can build whatever their mind tells them. Very colorful parts. You can build whatever you can think of. But a Race Car will come out of all those pieces. Go out and hut your kids one. You won't be disappointed.
I gave this set to my nephew. I thought it would be a great way for us to spend time together, and I was right! We had so much fun building the set and battling the mini figures against each other! He's only 5, so of course I had to help him build, but the Legos were labeled- making it very easy. There were also a few extra pieces, just in case! Definitely worth the value!
I’ll preface this by saying, I know Legos aren’t necessarily a toddler toy. HOWEVER, my 4 year old super ninja is a HUGE Ninjago fan. He’s watched every episode at least 20 times, with zero exaggeration. He sings the theme song, and does the moves. So having Ninjago Lego sets were a must!!!!! My husband and I built them with our son and the directions were very clear and concise. The build was such a great time. We have both Lloyds Legendary Dragon, and Lloyds Race Car EVO, because Lloyd is our boys favorite character! We absolutely LOVED these sets. The quality is amazing, and I can’t wait to purchase additional sets! Our 4 year old was THRILLED!
I've been an avid fan of the Ninjago series since I was seven when it released all the way back in 2011, and have bought many of the sets since then. People have been complaining over these new EVO series sets, and I get it. There are reused snake moulds, and some of the features can get boring. However I said to myself, if I was six years old, would I love this? Yes. I definitely would, which is why in my opinion this set is perfect for all age ranges. If you have been watching and collecting for a while, you can appreciate the nostalgia factor and who it is trying to appeal to; or if you are a new fan, and you are just getting into the theme.Overall, I'm looking forward to the main series sets in June, however these sets are pretty good. I have only bought the Temple, Lloyd's Dragon and this, because personally the other ones don't interest me + I'm getting older and have other things to save for.8/10
Ninjago is the latest craze for our Grandson and he was very excited to receive this gift. he managed to put the entire model together without adult assistance and enjoyed displaying his Lego prowess.I would recommend, not only Lego, as a great gift but this particular model. It is colourful and creative
