Product is fine, shipping and customer service were absolutely terrible, package went missing for 2 weeks while it bounced around the country due to Target having multiple shipping labels on the box with mine and 2 other Target stores addresses on it. Then when contacted via chat they said it was a auspost issue and to contact them, and Target wouldn't help till a date over a week away (ALREADY lost for a week at this point, and 650kms away for at least the second time apparently). Was told not to contact Target until the new lost package adjusted date, then when i did, via chat again, the rep terminated the conversation midway through a question with a little "ive given you my only answer, im not discussing anything else". A great build! An innovative suspension system coupled with the faux hybrid engines make for something new in the Lego 1/8 scale supercar lineup.
This build would have to rate as one of the most impressive I have don ever done, it looks great on the shelf and puts a couple of others to shame, the car just seems to be fast and so streamlined. Even my grandkids love it, one asked me to make him one so he can show his school friends
There's one LEGO theme that I will always buy without hesitation and that's TECHNIC, particularly when the set is a licensed set such as this one (doesn't mean I always buy them at full RRP though!). This is a beautiful car and the TECHNIC set does it justice. If anyone is disappointed about functions, well there's a simple answer for that: cost. This is not the same line as the Ferrari Daytona. This is an excellent display set and has a level of "playability" with the ability to be driven around on the floor, etc. The colours in this set are awesome and the build experience is great fun. Highly recommend this set to anyone, regardless of age, who might be considering purchasing this set.
Thoroughly enjoyed how various building angles were achieved. Just an amazing design, with some batmobile vibes. Still busy with the build - savoring every moment.
It looks great built, wish it hah a gearbox like the L'Amour, Ferrari sets but they are far more expensive. But this really does look fantastic and capture the look of the real car. The colours are great. It's is also a nice build, it's not the most simple technic lego set but it's not too complicated, a good mid way set. If your wanting a challenge then buy the Ferrari, bugatti of Lamborghini sets, but you will pay more for them and them are more complex..
This was a truly thrilling experience, well engineered model, supper stylish, as the real vehicle, and a pleasure to build. I cannot wait to get to the next master model.This Peugeot 9x8 will always be a super lego build.
