I love skid steers so I was very happy to get this set. It was a bit hard to build but I was very pleased with it. I love that you can put a lego person in it to ride in it. It fits well with my other Lego cars. I use it to load stuff. It is good fun!

I bought one of these for my boyfriend and he put it together and I started to look at it and play with it, even though it is a small set, the bucket goes up and down and tilts! So I bought one for myself I liked it so much. I don't understand the low review ratings; for what few pieces it has it does a lot of things. Definitely has a lot of play value after the build for a child also.

This is such a great little technic set and perfect for value and fun. I really like how it is 2 builds in one and how it can introduce LEGO technic to littler kids. My little cousin really liked this set when I gave it to him as a birthday present and he even made his own car with the parts from the set. I love the intro to multiple gear sets in this build for the price. Really had my son thinking outside the box when he took it apart to try and build something else then put the second model together.
The shovel/scoop piece can move independently and you can lift the scoop with the wheel that you build into the structure of the build.Great for learning the underlying mechanisms of how Technic works. I bought this Skid Steer Loader Lego for my 5 year old son who loves construction vehicles. We have a collection of Lego construction vehicles, by far this is the best Lego we have purchased. It doesn't break apart easily when you try to move or play with it. My son loves it so much. I hope Lego designs more product likes this.
