Lenovo 14" Yoga Slim 7i Laptop Evo Core Ultra 7 16GB/1TB

The screen is very fragile and thin so it is dented easily even when it is in the case. When you use it, it easily left finger marks on the screen and the laptops. Personally, I have an issue with the resolution in which if you do not use it’s recommended 150%, the resolution actually got worse with lower screen percent. It heats up within 30 minutes of usage and gets slow the more you use it within the same day. My issue is that sometimes the screen turn black out of no where while you use it and you have to wait for it to turn normal again. All of these happen within 2 weeks of usage.

Excellent product overall. Light and portable. Reasonable price when on sale.

So, I bought this laptop as a small business owner (digital marketer) after having used my employer provided laptops for many years (yay for side hustles becoming a real business am I right? I'm not stressed about money at allllll :P). Anyway, I wanted to spend under $3k but get some bang for my buck in terms of RAM and hard drive space and this just seemed like a good little unit. I do miss my old Dells touch screen capabilities but I believe the Yoga does come in that spec, just not through JB. I use mainly SaaS platforms, no real desktop applications for my work (aside from Excel and Word). I have been really impressed with its performance and battery life! I have traveled with the laptop and it's nice and lightweight. The only design flaw in my opinion is the power button on the right hand side. I tend to sit on the couch or on my bed plodding away and if I have the laptop on my lap I can accidentally turn it off by hitting that button with my leg, or even with my hands if I go to pick it up and re-adjust the position. I was also able to pick up the laptop on the same day (just a couple of hours after placing my order), which is amazing service from JB.
