They start the warranty period from the time they shipped it to the retailer, not when I purchased it. That is just nonsense.2. When I purchased a spare charger unit, it would not work with my unit due to some feature that does not accept a standard 65W USB C charger. Had to find another one that is compatible, or buy one from Lenovo at a ridiculous price.

Very happy with this new lap top - great to have all the different potential positions for use, very easy to use, the keyboard has a good feel and the screen is big enough to see things clearly but not so big that I find it hard to carry. Very lightweight too - it was a great choice and the salesperson was really helpful and gave excellent advice - thank you!
Sturdy design feels solid and strong, solid specs, decent battery life for a bigger screen and very convenient to change from tablet mode to tent mode and then back to a laptop. I use it for general day to day spreadsheet work (the extra screen size of this fella really does make a difference compared to his smaller friends), Word tasks and web browsing YouTube clips, Netflix etc. Has a full HD webcam which is pretty good in 2022 for zoom and teams etc. Does everything I need it to and does it very quickly, with no fuss and no fan noise. I dont game so cant comment on its gaming performance, you would probably want a dedicated gaming machine with dedicated graphics card for that stuff anyway. As advertised, there should be a finger print reader as showing in the picture but got delivered with no finger print product. Have been trying to contact The Good Guys but can never go through. Sent emails and no responses received.
