A Very Worthy Desktop After a Workaround

I was torn between a 4 and a 5-star rating. The 5-star is more appropriate. First, the computer is very fast given its 1TB SSD + 32-Gig memory. The exceptional presentation is large and clear with touch screen functionality. The keyboard and mouse are both basic and wireless. The keyboard has a nice tactile feel and incorporates a number pad. This is a very quiet system, a far cry of hard drives from yesteryear. Here are some reasons for my considering a lower rating. The camera on the top of the monitor comes up with a manual finger lift. It would be nice if it could pop up spring-loaded to the touch. This is not a deal breaker and I favor the fact you can lift it up or push it down to keep it out of sight, while also feeling less vulnerable to hackers. Lastly, why only 4 USB ports, all inconveniently located behind the monitor near the bottom? One of these ports is occupied by the wireless mouse, leaving you net 3. Having at least 2 more USB ports on the side of the monitor would have been a great touch. That said, I bought a small USB SD card reader hub with 3 USB's for under $25. That allowed me to gain 2 extra USB slots with added accessibility as a simple work around.

Completely satisfied.

I recently bought an IdeaCentre AIO Intel (27") All-In-One computer from Lenovo online (it was delivered about 2 weeks ago) and I am 100% satisfied. The computer came in a sturdy box and I had it up and running in minutes.I shopped around for a couple of weeks, visiting stores and looking online. I looked at the all-in-ones offered by Dell and HP, and the Lenovo was a much better deal by a big margin, easily 20% less expensive for a similar computer. The things I like most: The monitor is clear and crisp, and gigantic! It boots up in only a few seconds. The wireless keyboard and mouse leave my desktop free of wires. Web pages redraw instantly, even pages with lots of ads that completely bogged down my old computer. The audio quality and volume are very good, nice and clear and capable of filling a room. And, with it's solid state hard drive it is completely silent. The only thing that could stand some improvement is the camera. The images are kind of grainy, but if all you need it for is an occasional zoom meeting it is adequate. If you plan on producing video content buy an additional wireless or Bluetooth camera that suits your needs.Overall this is an excellent choice if you are looking for an all-in-one, whether you need it for business or pleasure.

Excellent hardware, poor display resolution.

One of the most powerful AIO on the market today, it replaces my old Lenovo AIO 7th gen. Snap response for every task, dead silent, surprisingly good speakers, contemporary design. Unfortunately, the (mostly) unused touchscreen feature was preferred instead of the OBVIOUS default resolution for 27" display: 2K. The screen pixels are highly visible and disturbing. I still recommend this AIO for its excellent hardware implemented behind that poor display...

Fantastic Family/Home Office PC . . .
5 July 2023

After my 2010 IMac finally went belly up, I was in the market for a replacement AIO PC. Wife likes the uncluttered AIO look and since we don't play games or put high demands on our computers, and AIO makes sense. We do Zoom meetings, answer emails and watch YouTube videos. While we like(d) the Apple IMac desktop AIOs, we didn't like the Apple prices for what we needed. The sales guy at MicroCenter recommended this 27" Lenovo AIO and we're glad we followed his advice. It looks great, has all the performance that we need and the price was right. A great machine for the money.

Lenovo All-in-One 27" IdeaCentre. This is by far, the best desktop that I have ever owned. It is lightning fast, intuitive, the resolution and quality are superior, and you could hear a pin drop when it is running. There is absolutely no noise from a cooling fan or otherwise. While, All-in-One pc's do not have a good reputation with younger folks and certain IT personnel, for those of us who need an everyday pc for surfing the internet, teleworking, emailing, and streaming, this computer is perfect. If you're a dedicated gamer, you may want to purchase a Lenovo hardrive (tower) with a separate monitor to maximize the gaming experience. Overall, perfect for home use
25 December 2022

I have been wanting an all in one PC for a while, read many reviews and comparisons of different manufacturers models. For me, an economical price combined with features made this model from Lenovo stand out. The display is pleasingly large and clear to look at, good definition. The thickness of the all in one us very nice too, not overly thick or heavy. I use it mainly for personal use, spreadsheets, browsing, light document editing and as a YouTube watcher. I also occasionally use it for virtual computer work from home. Opening programs seems very fast and responsive. I also have an external drive for backups. All of them have happened without fail. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

This is my second one for home use.
1 January 2023

I bought this in July of 2022, but even though it said I had a one year warranty on it, Lenovo would not honor it. The first one was bought from Best Buy. Again the warranty was not honored, so I bought Best buy's Geek Squad. for a couple of year. No matter how many times I sent my photos and invoice, warranty still not honored. The sleep ever `15 minutes has never worked, so I have to turn it off when I get through. Then turn it on again. My box has one-year warranty that I have right here beside me trying to get some technical assistance, but even so, Lenovo says the warranty ran out last year making me think someone owned the computer before I did, then had it repackaged because it would not go to sleep.

I really like the Lenovo computers. This brand was recommended by my computer repair person. I have the All in One PC. Bought it in 2020. Runs great and have had no issues with it. Lenovo has really good customer service. I usually buy the warranty, just in case I need it. In August of 2022 I bought an All in One PC for my husband. 7 months later it had a major problem. Since it was still under warranty, we sent it in for repair. Worked fine until September 2023. It went dead again and it couldn't be fixed. I was out of luck because the 1 year warranty was out and I did not buy an extended warranty:( I was not a happy camper. I guess we got a Lemon PC. Very nice all-in-one
3 February 2023

This system was purchased to replace a separate Lenovo laptop and screen which had started to have boot issues. Because this system is used heavily every day we decided to purchase a new system. The AIO 3i was on sale at the time so we took a chance. We are glad that we did. The screen is large and clear and the touch feature works well. The system has plenty of power for our daily use which is primarily web browsing and using MS Office products. The system booted and set up easily and is running well. I cannot speak to reliability because we have only owned the system for two weeks.

Wow! I'm Impressed!

I'm a technical person and enjoy modern tech and generally keep my personal house up-to-date with technology. My father on the other hand can mess up a computer just by looking at it! However, he uses it daily and I generally have to provide tech support 4 or 5 times a week. He told me he wanted a new (but cheap) computer. In my mine, "cheap" means a piece of crap because it's going to be slow with no bells-n-whistles. But, I did some research and found this all-in-one system. I even went to a local tech store to check it out before purchasing from Lenovo directly (surprisingly Lenovo had a better deal). I am very impressed with this system. It has a nice clear screen, boots up in just a few seconds, sound is decent (especially for my father), and in the last 3 weeks that he has had it, he's only had to call me once to ask a question! Wowza! I think part of the reason is he can actually see the screen (he had a non-hd flat screen that was 10+ years old). He loves that it takes up so much less desk space (no huge box under his desk). He doesn't use the touch screen much but I don't blame him for that...I hate finger prints...although when I tested it out it seemed like it didn't leave a lot of "smudges". All in all, this is a terrific system. It's not the beefiest but for an 80 year old it's got a LOT of power. I think it would be great for anyone who just uses their system for internet access, email, word processing, playing music or movies, even video-calling (with the built in collapsible camera)!
