Have always used Lenovo laptops as found them to be great. Severely disappointed with this one. Just playing a simple game causes the screen to flicker, slow down and crash. The only thing that is possible is to either write emails or just look at websites. Anything other than that, well good luck. Partly my fault for buying without trying it out first. I can't return it because the security seals are open, but then how can you test it without opening it?. Expensive mistake on my part, I now have a £250 coaster. In future will just wait for my daughter's cast offs instead of wasting money. Lenovo support wasn't much help either.

Purchased June 2020. Charger adapter went out around Dec 2021. If laptops usually last 3-5 years, seems a bit early for the charger. Lost one of the rubber pads on the bottom somehow. Could not have been glued down well because I baby this laptop. External CD/DVD Rom Drive works great with it for installing software from CD. Small hard drive though, so external HD is a must. Very fast start up and shut down times even with the internal HD near full. Bought one for my son as well. Would definitely buy again. Huge fan! Great buy for the money. I paid $253. Hi,My name is Gigi. My sister bought this laptop for me and all I can say is that it pretty much does what it's supposed to do. I just didn't like having to have to call support with help to install the correct antivirus system. Also,Lenovo was being very pushy with their advertisement of buying their computer protection to the point of me wanting to uninstall it. Good Points: So good I purchased 3 of these on a Black Friday deal. Battery is much better than expected, it's so light-weight and easy to set up and with the added bonus of office 365 subscription for a year included it's amazing value for money.Improvement Points: No bad points at all from me, my 3 family members who have received these as gifts are so pleased, I can't get them off the laptop though.It's not a gaming laptop but still has the ability to work well, it's great for watching movies, internet searching and creating documents.
Good Points: This is my 3rd Lenovo laptop and I really like them, the keyboard is just the perfect size and it has clear graphics and screen.The battery life is good, and it is light enough to carry around.It is just right for my needs as I only use it for basic things like shopping, email and keeping in touch with family and friends on Facebook.Improvement Points: Only this particular one, it seems to take so long to log on, and to switch to other site. I am also getting frozen screen and black screen with it too
