I just learned after having my system for less than a year that it does not stream wirelessly. But it is supposed to be a business system. I was planning to do a work meeting by streaming the meeting to my TV so I could see better as the meeting is all-day, however, I just learned that streaming to a TV as your monitor which many organizations use now opposed to regular monitors is not allowed with this computer. I am very disappointed now as the TV was going to be my second monitor so I could type on my Lenovo Flex while viewing the presentation. This feature was not mentioned as not included in the description of the product and since I have never had a computer that I can remember that did not stream for dual views I did not think one was even made without this ... This laptop has been amazing! I love how the keyboard has different backlight options. I got this for college but in the meantime I have been using it for odds and ins. Though it is not best for gaming (like it said in the description) I still got Minecraft on it and it runs almost perfect, little to no lag and the 16” screen is amazing. The battery life is my least favorite, probably because I run Minecraft and I also have a live background. It helps me keep my screen time down. My pen has been having some troubles but I think that is just user error I have not got used to it yet. I would decently recommend, has great storage and amazing graphics.

Despite the limitations of being equipped with merely 8GB LPDDR4X-4266MHz (Soldered) the performance is surprisingly quick. The 2-in-1 design gives it versatility, as do the 16" WUXGA (1920 x 1200), IPS, 45% NTSC, 300 nits, 60Hz Touchscreen and touch sensitive Lenovo Digital Pen. (Though the it is high gloss, the screen remains relatively smudge-free) Naturally, the keyboard has the renowned Lenovo tactile feedback. It is disappointing that the backlit keyboard cannot be set (even from within the BIOS) to remain on continuously as with the Lenovo laptop that this replaced. It has a very solid feel with an aluminum top and an ABS composite base. 1 HDMI, 1 USB-C, 2 USB-A, 1 SDXC SD Card reader, and 3.5mm stereo-mic ports, plus the latest Wi-Fi & Bluetooth protocol make this system compatible with many current and legacy devices. It has other inputs with a multiple point Touch Pad, 1080p FHD Camera, and a Fingerprint Reader. The Micron 512GB M.2 2242 PCIe Gen4 TCL SSD benefits the overall performance significantly. After Windows 11 updates, installing several applications, and updating drivers, the Fingerprint Reader no longer is functional. Windows Face Recognition never was functional. Clearly, these are software issues yet neither Microsoft nor Lenovo support have the correct answers. It has become evident that I must resolve these issues myself (no surprise). Is this system perfect? No. And nor is their support (little expertise beyond reading from a script). However, with a few simple improvements it would come extremely close. I can highly recommend it (If hardware and software conflicts are not a deterrent).

The new one has 8 GB soldered with an open slot so I now have a 24GB 10 CPU core workstation for a bargain price - the sale prices are key. Between my two IdeaPads I can run a lot of VMs simultaneously for dev. work. The ability to upgrade RAM is not common in value-line laptops now. It is not the lightest computer, ... Our other computer is a similar Lenovo in grey. The grey finish on the inside of this new machine is a very flat almost rough finish. Our old machine has the same color but has a smoother/slicker finish that I like better. It feels better and does not show finger prints. The screen is very nice and plenty bright if you turn the brightness up. Love the finger print reader. You can record multiple finger prints so both the wife and I have ours recorded. Windows 11 works really well. Glad it was already on the machine so I didn't have to go through the process of upgrading. All in all we really like this computer and after using it for a month if we had it to do over we would purchase the exact same machine.

I did everything they said over the phone and nothing worked, so I sent it in. A few months after getting it back and BARELY using it and it sitting in my room, put away in a safe place, the bracket holding the screen in place started making cracking noises and the screen just popped out when I went to open it. I google the issue and discover there is a class action lawsuit against lenovo for this problem with this very computer as well as the yoga one. Apparently if you call and try to get warranty to fix it, they won't! And of course my warranty just expired. I am extremely angry i spent so much money to RARELY EVEN USE IT AND IT HAS ... First issue that I have was a very poor network connection. It drops connection every 15-20 minutes with a network card failure error. Later on, my screen started to show a hairline horizontal light that comes and goes. This is not a physical damage of anyway, and no cracks or anything. It's just the light and it's very clear a hardware failure. I opened a support ticket since I am in warranty, they rejected service and said it's physical damage. This is even without asking me to send the laptop or anything. How did they even know if all what I mentioned was just the strange light in the screen? Will never buy ... great for students and for those on the go. lightweight and fits in a backpack. this one comes with the digital lenovo pen which makes notetaking during class and easy and convenient experience. not overly loud and hasnt gotten overly hot in the 2 months i've had it so far. the AMD 5 makes it easy to play valorant and skyrim. streaming on anything from youtube to netflix is a funky experience. the video and audio doesnt sync and i think it has to do with the drivers but im not sure. the fingerprint scanner makes it easy to unlock the screen at any time so you dont have to be paranoid at a lecture that the person behind you is going to look over your shoulder, unless they steal your fingerprint with tape or chop your finger off you are, hopefully, safe. the most ...
