For all that sort of thing, this M10 is all you need, and there has never been a tablet that does those things as well for this little money. Nice full-HD screen, decent sound from the speakers (and great sound via Bluetooth or the headphone jack), the full Android 12 experience including the Play Store, and robust battery life. No, it's not great for 3D action games, but what device at this price is? It's fine for puzzle games and such, of course. Try doing a factory reset first thing, before you proceed with transferring your data and installing apps. It's not a big deal. If you want an entertainment tablet with a big, bright screen, with up-to-date Android that will be updated into the future, the full Android App Store and Google services, high-quality build, and sufficient performance to support media consumption, light gaming, and browsing, this may be the current best available choice.

I got the Asus ZenBook 3s 10 tablet when it was released in August 2016. It had an incredible 9.7 inch IPS LCD display with a 1536 x 2048 resolution. I bought the Asus at BestBuy for under $200 and was really happy with it, but it stalled on Android updates after 7.0 (Nougat) and security updates stopped in June 2018. I continued to use it until early 2022, when some apps stopped working with the older version of Android. However, finding an AFFORDABLE android tablet to replace the Asus proved to be a SERIOUS CHALLENGE (I tried two different Samsung mid-level tablets, but returned them both because the screen quality was inferior). The M10 Plus has a gorgeous 2K 10.61 inch IPS display (2000 x 1200) that's bright (400 nits) with vivid colors and excellent contrast. It's running Android 12 and is PLENTY FAST for my needs (MediaTek® Helio G80 (Octa-Core, 2x A75 @2.00 GHz + 6x A55 @1.80 GHz) with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM). It has ample storage (128 GB eMCP) and includes a dedicated microSDXC slot. It also has GREAT SOUND (4 stereo speakers), a 3.5mm headphone jack, and strong connectivity (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac wi-fi and Bluetooth® 5.0). BEST OF ALL, it has a 7700 mAh Li-Po battery that lasts and lasts and lasts! After searching for months to find a solid 10-inch tablet for less than $200, I can honestly say that I am THRILLED with this purchase! I've been using the Tab M10 Plus daily for more than a month and it does not disappoint on any level! Way to go Lenovo!!!

Amazing build quality but does not do what I need
5 August 2022

I bought 2 of these, one for each kid. When they arrived I was impressed with the quality given the price. My kids are 4 and 2 so I did not want to buy anything expensive because all I need the tablets for are Netflix and Disney+. Downloaded each app and both apps do not play video on both tablets. I researched everything and other people have the same problem. Tried every troubleshooting technique and nothing worked. I do not want any other streaming app like Youtube because things on the internet these days are questionable. The apps will play sound but no video and the M10 plus 3rd gen is the only tablet with this problem. I guess you get what you pay for. I really wanted these tablets to work because through my research these were the best quality for the price. I am almost certain this is a mixture of the tablet and android 12 and others are having the exact same problem. If you do not need Netflix or Disney+ and I think there are a couple of other streaming apps that dont work as well, but youtube does work, then this is a great choice for the price. I just wish I would have gone with a more expensive tablet that actually did what I need because I felt like I just wasted my money instead of saving it by going with a cheaper tablet. Really was hoping to have the tablets for a road trip we are taking so I am most likely buying different tablets tomorrow and returning these. Hope this helps someone. Also on a super side note, the lenovo website constantly crashes which was also very annoying.

So i got this a few days ago. Normally im a samsung person but this had a bigger size for the same price as a samsung 7" first out of the box it was kinda slow. But after the update, it ran faster. It just had another update today (6/10) but i havnt had time to play with it since update It runs quick. The layout takes a little time to get use too. again, a samsung person so this OS is a bit different. But once u do, its good. Picture is nice and bright. Streaming video looks great, i havnt used the sound off the tablet itself yet, i stream video while im at the gym so i have sony headphones. You have about 26gb after all hte updates, again using it for streaming so i dont need alot of space. It has the usual junk apps no one uses, easy to uninstall. I just wish it had better wallpapers preinstalled and some lives ones at that. The speed on the wife is pretty fast, found my blutooth devices pretty quick. I dont think the distence on the wifi is the best, from my car downstairs, my phone and other devices see my router and i get connection. The tablet sees it but says no connection. So maybe thats a fix for update later The battery is good, i spent over 2 hours at the gym streaming lucifer, i went in with 96% battery life, left with 92% so pretty good over all, great tablet for what i need. If you want something great for videos and music thats decently cheap. Id go with this. i paid i think about 159.99 for it

Great tablet - lackluster follow through and CS
30 January 2023

I purchased this on 11/10 and received it on 12/15/2022 and through all of that time, there was little to no follow-up as to why there was a delay. The few times that I reached out I got the "copy/paste" generic response and then nothing else. Of the multiple times I had to reach out for an update: 1. One rep I spoke with said that they would be happy to issue me a small credit due to the delay but that never happened. 2. Another said that they would email me with some kind of update withi 48 hrs which never happened. 3. A promise to update notes to "my account" but never happened when I contacted on a future date. All I got in response was "there are no notes from your last conversation". So the CS experience is garbage but now on to the tablet review. PROS: Great vivid screen Speedy enough for what I'm using it for (streaming and some light homework) I love the size! The build quality is very nice. CONS: Lags a little when it starts up and re-boots Sometimes the touch doesn't respond for about 15-20 seconds Front camera is just ok Overall for what I paid for it, it's a great tablet to have for what I'm using it for and it speeds along nicely. If you're looking for a workhorse tablet, get a tablet with better specs. But it you're wanting something to stream, read from and/or light gaming, this is a great tablet.

Great tablet for the price

I mainly need a tablet for reading pdf music sheets, running a digital sound mixer, viewing notes for presentations, and reading. This tablet fit the bill wonderfully and had an excellent price point. The screen looks great (although I wish it were OLED for reading purposes) and the four speakers make this great for streaming media even with the default speakers. Battery life has been excellent. The physical design is sleek, thin, and light with a mostly aluminum frame. It does not look or feel like only a $200 tablet. Android OS updates for another few years is another huge plus. The only main downside I've noticed is that it is a bit lagging in speed and I wish it had at least 6GB of RAM, but for my needs it was not a deal breaker. If you're looking for something more geared for gaming, running a lot of programs at once, the P11 may be a better choice. But also, this is a newer model than the current P11, so having Android updates for longer outweighs the slightly better processors in my opinion, for a tablet anyway. End of the day, I recommend it. Lenovo makes a great product at an affordable price. I have one of their laptops as well which my wife uses for work and it's had zero issues in three years.

Lenovo, Products that Clients ask for by name.

Product was received undamaged and timely. Product was unpackaged. configured and ,prepared for the Client it was ordered for. The tablet is the second Lenovo tablet the Client owns, having exceeded the lifecycle of the first, which is still functional and now takes a much lesser role in the functions the Client uses Lenovo Products for. The Client only purchases Lenovo Products since being introduced to them. This goes to show the quality and dependability of Products from Lenovo. The Client initiated contact without even shopping or considering any other vendor, presented the Needs and Wants they were looking for in a new device and a range of amounts willing to pay for. Brand, however was never a consideration, with that being "It has to be a Lenovo, no other ... MoreProduct was received undamaged and timely. With the Client criteria the LenovoPro site was reviewed and multiple products were then presented to the Client for final selection. Lenovo Products make Clients happy. When the Client is happy, everyone is happy. Thank you, Lenovo, for the best products, the service and the technology you present to the world. Acigan International

New Lenovo style and quality disappointing.

The bluetooth mechanism is very difficult to work out how to use and then continue to use. The Alexa function is problematic. We wanted to use my daughter's Amazon account so she re-registered Alexa from the existing account and now she cannot re-activate the original account. The functionality is slower than should be the case in our modern era. The tablet itself is wobbly in its groove on top of the speaker so when we press the screen there is a constant risk of it falling off. Apart from all that it works as a Tablet. Overall our family is very disappointed because we had a Lenovo Tablet previously for four years which my wife enjoyed using and which was excellent. She liked the previous tablet's feature of charging in the vertical speaker, which was much more stable. We don't understand why the stable nature of the original was changed to this current model. We suggest Lenovo think carefully about reverting to the original set-up as we would purchase one like that gladly.

Solid All Purpose Tablet

I bought this to use around the house for watching videos and general web browsing. So far, I've been impressed by quality of the screen and audio. The display has a crisp resolution, text and HD videos look sharp and well defined. Even at full volume, audio sounds full bodied without the tinniness common on cell phones. Battery life is good, I usually get 2-3 days between charges with a mix of reading, watching videos, and gaming. The only drawback to this tablet is that the CPU is sometimes underpowered. It'll sometimes show a notification that background apps have been throttled in order to keep the current app working best. This is especially noticable when playing graphic intensive games, where the frame rate will often drop significantly.
