Lenovo ThinkPad Universal USB-C Dock

This dock is very lightweight and easy to use. There are enough ports for a 2-3 monitor set up and allowing your laptop to function as a desktop workflow for your home/office environments. I would have preferred an extra USB-C port, but I get by just fine. My only caveat is if you have an AMD system and you want to utilize FreeSync on your monitor via DP/HDMI for games, the graphics control panel software does not recognize this setting unless you connect it directly to your device instead. This may just be the limitations of the USB-C protocol, but there might be a workaround somewhere or a future firmware update. Overall, excellent hub and the quality is great.

I purchased this product from B&H, one of the most serious and organized distributors of electronic products. I needed to use my Lenovo IdeaPad L340 laptop with a regular keyboard, mouse and large screen display. Also needed to hard wire to our office router to to browse the Internet and to print to several different printers. It was delivered without connecting instructions, I had to find and download the user manual with no indication where to find it inside the box. I bought this for use with a Lenovo ThinkPad P15v Gen1. It did not work for dual 4K Monitors or fast charging pass-through, even with the 135W adapter. My machine would not charge through the dock, only (1) 4K monitor worked at 30hz (via HDMI) and the (2nd) 4K monitor worked at 800x600 resolution (via DisplayPort.)
