This one has two beautiful screens, while Microsoft only has one. Its weight is very close to an iPad Pro 12.9 with a magic keyboard, making it extremely handy to carry. The keyboard and mouse it comes with are really good to use, not as someone said they are not perfectly comfortable to use. The touchpad is missing. It might be a pity, but it was a trade-off in design. My biggest complaint is, why don't you sell 32GB version in the US? 16GB is definitely not enough!Right after I made this purchase, I found that Asus also has a great, similar product that is more powerful and cheaper than this one. But I wouldn't regret it since this one is much easier to carry and has better build quality. I would say choosing either of these two products is right, just based on your own preference.

Pros: So much possibilities when there are 2 screens on a notebook. Built-in stand makes the device very ergonomically friendly, with the upper screen at eye-level. Thunderbolt4 connection means I can have external 4K monitors and GPUs as a full desktop replacement when at home.Cons: Too many individual separate pieces in the package. It would be a much better design if the keyboard/stand combo can be magnetically attached to the computer for storage/transport, with a built-in touchpad or trackpad on a slimer wireless keyboard, instead of another mouse, , like the new iPad design. Not necessarily the full trackpad, but Lenovo has a solution already, those who've used the ThinkPad nub know what I'm talking about.I also appreciate the keyboard cover when everything is put away. I like that it transforms from cover to stand. I wish the stand gave me one or two more positions, but it works. It's a pain to have to put away three separate things (or take out three separate things) when I want to get started with this, but again, this works well as a tablet- the short comings are that of Windows, as have been the complaints from the Surface days. I like the height you get from that stand. You can adjust the top screen without much issue. It's when the unit is in "Book" mode that you wish the stand could adjust a little better.The battery life is great. Not for a two screen unit, but compared to similarly sized laptops. I'd be doing work on both screens, and get well over 8 hours.Some people complain that its pricy. But if you took a similarly compared laptop and had to buy a second screen (one that is also a touchscreen) it can add up.The newer Intel Ultra7 is vastly improved over the last generation of chips. It can handle much of what you throw at it. Is it AAA game-worthy? No. but as a productivity machine, this does very well.The biggest problem I had, was this only comes with 16gigs. If you want to do all that you want to do, you need the extra bump. Especially for the price. You have two screens, you want to use two screens. You think of all you could do, but then are limited by the RAM capacity. You have two screens that are capable to do so much, yet the RAM limits everything. If you were to compare two products, lets, say, you can with the two screen option. Yet, you keep hitting slow downs because the machine runs out of memory.The thing runs cool and it runs quiet. I've never picked it up and felt worried about putting it in my bag because i had to let it cool first.Overall it's 90% perfect. I just wish Best Buy would sell the 32gig version.

I also had to turn off the HDR because it kept glitching out and making the screen blown-out bright randomly. I also wish that the included keyboard case/wrap thing magnetized to the laptop when both are closed, but that's a small thing. A bigger issue is how hot it got when I left it charging (and closed/asleep) overnight! I've noticed improved speed performance on the Yoga Book 9i after I ran a few cleaning tools, such as Defragment and other free tools I found online, but maybe changing the Power Settings from Balanced to Performance did the trick. I'm going to keep monitoring the performance and check Task Manager for any apps I had installed to see if it's hogging memory.Regarding the late delivery of the device, Lenovo offered to reimburse about 5% from the purchase price, which was better than their initial offer of $50.The laptop screen is just spectacular, crisp and clean as well as the sound quality.The only issue is when I wake up the machine after it's on sleep mode as the orientation did not auto adjust itself once or twice. The login remained upside down, but ... Great for working remotely, like at a coffee shop with the dual screen, as I'm able to maintain my productivity with the use of dual screen. My other concerns are the laptop heating up way too hot when using graphics apps and playing games when plugged into power, unplugging the power cable seems to stop this.The stand is sturdy and the magnetic keyboard stays on the laptop screen with no issues. The screen is perfect size for me, but only after adjusting the Windows text size.Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and hoping will provide fixes for the issues I've outlined above.

It's been replaced by popping up an AI 'ask me' window instead of acting like a control key. Being someone who codes frequently, I used the right control button constantly. I tried to remap the key, but something in it is hardwired to also press the shift button (and shift+ctrl is not the outcome I'm trying to obtain). Second issue is the background; while it does display glorious colors, sometimes it will just be blurry. To fix this, you have to go into your display settings and adjust the current percent (you can change it right back to what you had it to afterwards, but this is simply annoying). Another ... And getting the colors to not auto-adjust to be gray instead of black was a bit tricky and makes it feel like there are 3+ sections of settings you need to make sure aren't auto-adjusting to brightness, etc. Another thing, it seems impossible to customize the widgets when you place the keyboard on the bottom screen. This capability would have been a game changer for sure! Lastly, if you click on an open tab icon on the first monitor (when the application was actually being displayed on the second monitor) it will open the application full screen on the first monitor. I've found no way to prevent this from happening; I'd much rather the application just open where it was originally displayed and then allow me to move it if I actually wanted it on the first monitor.The good things, the hinge on this laptop is great! Seems very sturdy so far and I truly hope it stays that way. The keyboard stand works really well. The speakers sound fabulous. When you get the colors adjusted, they look great! Overall, it really is a pretty machine, but with how much this cost and all the "little things" piling up, I can't give this anymore than three stars.

Although the virtual keyboard needs stronger haptic feedback, it also needs pressure adjustment as you have to press too hard to register a key press. The physical keyboard could be better, key travel isn't optimal, and there is no backlight. This may be a show stopper for those that travel on aircraft. Dual screen performance has been great, I use both landscape and portrait modes and screens are quick to switch modes. Please release a refreshed keyboard with better key travel(surface) and backlighting.
