1. The instructions for assemble is not very clear, especially the last part to install the air pressure seat (does not mention have to remove the cap/cover).2. The kneel cushion is not so comfortable when kneeling long time.3. The seat angle and the kneeling part design seems not right. When sitting down on it, the back/spine post is rather hard to keep straight for long time (too tired). This chair may need further R&D on the angle.

Highly recommend. A little complicated to put together but very comfortable and sturdy once put together

Have only used it for a couple of days so far, does the job, fully adjustable. Would be good if the wheels moved a bit more freely as it is already difficult to move in this position.

This chair is fantastic! Putting it together was a minor mental puzzle but I enjoyed the challenge. Otherwise it's simple. Very comfortable and great for your posture whilst working. In fact, my son has now 'stolen' it off me and uses it for his homeschooling! Loves it! (I may have to buy another!)

8 Months in: It is mostly solid and continues to work well enough. Unfortunately, the seat material/padding has not stood up so well to the rigours of daily abuse and has stretched/compressed. Still useable, but not as comfortable as when I purchased it. The wheels aren't great with weight on them, but are different from the ones in the current product images, so perhaps these have been upgraded since I purchased.

I do art & my newchairhas helped enormously to help me tocorrect my posture & it's portable.! BONUS

So far so good with this chair. I am actually using it currently. My one comment is that whilst it was pretty easy to assemble, i was stumped for a little while and had to do additional online research to solve the mystery around the gas lift column. Mine shipped with some weird plastic cover over the top of the mechanism- but there was absolutely NO mention of this in the instructions and it looked like it was meant to be there permanently. So what I had was a piece that clearly didn't fit- and no idea what was going on. It turns out I had to use a knife to cut off what was I guess a "temporary" cover on the top of the gas-lift part.. But not knowing anything about what it was, I was pretty hesitent to start attacking any of the pieces of my new chair with a knife! ... MoreSo far so good with this chair. The instructions need an update- which includes info that this cover is infact supposed to be temporary and needs to be removed before installation.The chair itself is good, although my core muscles have been pretty sore as my muscles adjust (I hope this means they are getting stronger). I also like in a hot climate- so had to put some light weight cotton ontop of the knee pad as vinyl and sweat is not a good combination!So not perfect- but pretty good overall.

Not so comfortable.

Not as comfortable as I anticipated. Hurts my shins if I sit on it for any length of time. Had an old wooden eco chair many years ago that was a lot more comfortable. Hoping I just need to get used to it.

The chair is great, no back pain since using it. you can sit crossed legged on it too. only issue was that the directions for building from flat pack could be more involved but overall I am very happy with the product.

gas strut no longer extends after about a month. assembly ok comes with all tools you need though instructions are not perfect.
