Low star rating is partly for the faulty sizing of the jeans received, but also for the terrible customer service experience.I ordered these jeans in the recent 25% off brand event. I have multiple pairs of the exact same jeans so ordered one pair in my usual size. The jeans I received were so small, at least an inch narrower in the waistband compared to the other pairs I have, and so tight on the legs. They totally dismissed what I was telling them about the sizing fault. They suggested that the price would remain the same if I requested an exchange for the jeans instead of a return.So I then requested the exchange. The jeans were not exchanged, they ignored the exchange note and refunded them instead! Back to customer services I go….They claim they refunded them due to no stock availability for the exchange. This was not true because they were in stock on the website to order the whole time. They did offer me a 20% off discount code, less than the original 25% but I just want to get my jeans so I’ll take it….I ordered multiple pairs of jeans online to make sure I received a pair that fit and that I don’t just get sent the same ones I have just returned back again. I used some of my Levi’s points on my account against them as well, to make the cost closer to the first pair I bought.The jeans arrive and the same size jeans that I have always bought, not to my surprise, fit exactly the same as the pairs I already own. Thank you customer services for gaslighting my comments. I knew I was right all along!I then took the two pairs I was not keeping back to my local Levi’s store. When returning them I find out that the points discount has actually been split between all three pairs of jeans I had ordered, meaning I lose out on my points discount, have to pay more for the jeans I am keeping, and apparently they can’t amend this in store so back to customer services I go….Apparently due to ‘the discount terms and conditions’ they can’t refund the difference to me. It really isn’t obvious when ordering that points are split between items, rather than just off the order total. So I’d love to know how I should have known this in advance.I now have a pair of jeans that fit but it took far more effort than it should have and I have had to pay more for them due to Levi’s manufacturing mistakes and customer service negligence.Overall, a very poor experience. Customer services will just gaslight any issues that you have with orders. For what is supposed to be an established, high quality brand I would expect a lot better.

First time I’ve bought 312 Shaping Slim Levis and I have been converted. Bought them on sale, which was a bonus because finding the right jeans is always tough. I bought them to travel overseas with - as my go everywhere dress up or down jeans. I love the dark consistent colour which gives them a smarter look. All other jeans I’ve had have been too long in the leg and I’ve had to turn them up at my ankles. Not these! They are the perfect length, very flattering and provide a little extra room around my thighs and hips without looking overly tight. I’ll be buying a second pair!

Pros:-Very comfy and soft-Keep their shape-Makes your bum look good-Doesn’t dig into skinCons:- Lovely soft fabric but since they are not 100% cotton denim you only get a year out of them before they rip in the crotch / thighs due to fabric being very thin-the seams tend to turn inward along the leg instead of staying on the outside edge of the jeans ; for example, they go diagonally down the leg and I’ve had this issue with other Levi’s.
