I Like Levi jeans and the 514 style suits me. They're neither too slim or too baggy like some other styles. I always start by washing them at a high temperature, turned inside out, a couple of times though and tumble dry them to shrink them a bit as they are just a bit too wide for me without doing that especially at the thigh. They're then a near perfect fit for me but I don't recommend anyone else tries that in case it messes them up. Colour is always a problem with Levi jeans as there are just so many to chose from and as they last, for me at least, about three years the colour I bought last time never seems to be available any more. So it's always a bit of a gamble buying on line but of course you can always return them if they're not right. Personally I like my ... MoreI Like Levi jeans and the 514 style suits me. So it's always a bit of a gamble buying on line but of course you can always return them if they're not right. Personally I like my jeans to be a bit greenish blue. I don't like stonewash or that blueish violet colour which seems to be everywhere. The colour of these jeans is not perfect for me but is ok so I'm happy enough with them. I could live without some of the "wear" markings which all manufacturers seem to insist on doing these days although they're not too obvious on these jeans thankfully. The denim seems to be a good quality and their bit of stretch is useful with my expanding waistline. Are they worth £90? Well you could buy a couple of pairs of other manufacturers products so it's not an easy call. However for me Levi jeans are what jeans are all about so I always return to them and they just get better and better the more you wear them. So would I recommend laying out £90 or so of your hard earned cash? Well I keep returning to them so I guess I would.

Not what I expected as thought they were navy not black but when my husband tried them on we loved them. The give a smart look and almost look like a comfortable well fitted pair of trousers more than typical jeans. They are very flattering. The stretch fit make them very comfortable. We wanted something smart casual for going out but that includes dancing for us so we needed something that was adaptable with comfort. Will definitely buy again.

My usual 514 stretch jeans didn’t fit. I’ve bought 514s for the last 15 years. I’ve got another two pairs. This time they were too small so I took them back. It led me to trying on a pair of 502s. These premium jeans are great. Good discovery! I’ve been wearing jeans since I was 15. I bought a pair of 501 button fly Levi’s when I was 16. I’ve never worn any other jeans but Levi’s since. I’m 65 now. Love them!

Macy's is great, not too high and fast shipping. The beef is on Levi's that nearly all their jeans now have the fading on the legs and difficult to get a solid color unless you like the stone washed look (I don't). The 514s stretch run a size and a half too big. Sorry I didn't but the Levi's 502s as they fit me much better
The quality or lack thereof, continues for Levi’s Jeans. I’ve always purchased Levi’s but will now look elsewhere. My past several online purchases have been the same. On one leg of the jeans the seam is sewn crooked so it ends up on the front when worn. It’s obvious. This review is not meant to be negative for Macys. I’ve no issue with them.
My dad only wears Levi’s, so i think it’s adorable to see my child wearing them and I like to have them dressed in them when they visit Grandpa. It’s an adorable photo to see the brand across these generations. These are exactly what you’d expect from them, super high quality, made very well - will definitely last us through this size and probably look brand new when they’ve outgrown them and you want to pass them along. There is really no other Jean that compares to the workmanship of these. For 37 years I’ve never seen my dad in anything besides Levi’s, so they are always a great gift for him and others, and it’s one of those standards you can count on, that they do not lower their quality and standards no matter what else changes. It’s so rare to see that with any brand and it’s heartwarming to be able to start this tradition with my kids of donning the label. I love knowing there won’t be any surprises when I order them online. They’ll exceed my expectations and the fit will be ideal. It’s just one of those things that you can count on and for that they’ll continue to be a family favorite.
Love these particular jeans that Levi’s makes. They’re comfortable and fit better than any of their other lines of jeans. The flex fit provides extra relief and makes it so the jeans don’t feel suffocating. They fit around the thigh perfectly. I purchased the Sultan Flex Fit 514 and the acid wash makes these look incredible. Definitely going to purchase another pair soon.
The perfect pair of Levi’s. My 30 year old son loves them. He said they fit perfectly and the thickness of and the quality of the jeans is good. He loves the dark color, very flattering. Levi’s are made all over the world and my experience is that in some countries the jeans are not made as well as others. These were made in Egypt and were far superior to others I’ve purchased.
fabric has weird feel. Waist is smaller than other levi's of same nominal size. Will probably last forever since I don't think I'll wear them much. fabric has washed out look that was not apparent in on line photo or in online description. would not have purchased these if I saw them and tried on in a store.
I bought my husband a pair of 31x30, and they are not 30 length, they are longer. I'm going to have to get them tailored. The thing is, the materal is very nice, not a lot of whiskering, so although I'm frustrated they didn't come at the length I ordered (and there is no shorter length), I will keep them because I got them on sale and after the tailoring they will still be a good price.
