I discovered the ribcage jean 3 years and now have several pairs. They are a great jean for hourglass figures. I can actually buy based on my waist measurements which is great, they fit everywhere. They are so flattering. Being 5’7 though I need to buy the tall length in the ankle jeans which can be hard to find in all washes.

These are my first pair of Levi’s and I might be converted now! Just note that these pictures don’t show the actual product. Bought one pair (29x27) when I’m usually a 28 in jeans. Sized up because of the reviews and was glad I did, but that pair came with a dye defect so I returned and bought another 29x27. HUGE in the waist and much thinner than the previous which were a true rigid jean. I’m confused and super annoyed that I have to return yet another pair. I really want these to work because they’re a great jean otherwise.

Super comfortable jean w stretch. Keep in mind though that the real pair doesn’t look like this pic online. What you get is a bit more blue. Whereas the online pic is a bit of different wash. It feels so comfortable on though! It fit true to size. I’m petite 5’1” and these hit the floor for me but that is fine! So so comfortable. I didn’t love the wash however as much as I liked the same pair in black so I returned them but I almost didn’t.
I am 5'6" and around 115 lbs. I got my normal size 25 in the Feeling seen color. The waist feels a tad snug, but not uncomfortable. They really hug all the right places and feel like a true denim jean. The feeling seen color has around 5 buttons instead of 1 button and zipper. I would prefer the zipper, but I don't mind the buttons. I love the length of the feeling seen color, they hit right at my ankle. I also bought a size 25 in the blackened pearl. I had to exchange them for a 24 because they fit way different the the feeling seen color. The blackened pearl is a corduroy material and it pretty stretchy. I wish they made a size smaller, because I honestly think sizing down 2 sizes would be better for me. I did keep the blackened pearl jeans because they are really ... Each color or wash is different fabric. I love the ones that are cotton-polyester and elastin. they fit amazing. I sized down or chose the smaller of 2 sizes I wear. I'm 5 ft 3, weigh 145 and have a bum and longer legs. the 28 is perfect. could have worn a 27 too . highly recommend them! Hope Target keeps getting and restocking.
I'm 5ft 7in but have short legs for my height, these are the perfect length that hit right at the top of my foot. I LOVE the super high waist that goes all the way to my ribcage. The website description says they're 100% cotton they aren't, they're 85% cotton 1% spandex and 14% polyester. They still aren't stretchy which is what I wanted but I knocked off a star because it says it's 100% cotton when it's not. I'm between sized either a 10 or 12, I ordered the 31 but probably could have ordered the 30.
Overall I like it. For long torso people there are so many super/ultra high rise(12”) jeans out there, Levi’s Ribcage is always the one outcompetes others in the style of straight leg jeans. The cutting just smooths your belly and makes your bottom body look flattering. The blue colour I bought here is a bit different than the grey one I bought from Levi’s store though, waist runs tigger and materials is coarser on skin. I guess the wash and batches matters, so I actually don’t know which is true to size.
A bit on the smaller side, but still close enough to true size. It’s a bit like wearing Spanx in the first 20 minutes after a wash but the material is stretchy and soon fits back to normal size. Otherwise, super sturdy and nice looking jeans. Stops pretty high in the calf (depending on your size) but without looking too much like capris !
Absolutely love these. I have Feeling Seen and took the advice of the other reviewers who said to size down. They are really fitted and high on the waist. Great for enhancing one’s shape. I noticed that this color-way fit differently from the others. It’s a more rigid denim, so it hugs the curves really well. I wish the other color-ways fit the same. I would by each one.
