These fit true to size, but if you are between 26 or 27, get the 27. If you want to find your size in these jeans, use a measuring tape around your waist. Don’t go by the size you wear in unflattering stretchy jeans. That said, the legs are straight up and down. Would be sexier with a little taper, but looks good fitted (not snug) around the waist. Was hoping “sky tint” meant a brownish hue, but these are more “worn black” with very subtle pink hue, but not enough to make them interesting. Material is stiff, but that is what jeans were meant to be; breaking them in made them conform to your body shape over time.

I got the black sprout and the jazz pop medium wash. Same sizes run a bit different, the black fabric is different (stretchier) than regular blue denim. The jazz pop medium wash runs smaller than the black sprout. So for the black sprout I got my regular size 29 (or 8) and for the jazz pop medium wash I got 2 sizes bigger - 31. They both fit snug at first but they stretch out a bit after having them on for a couple of hours. For reference I’m 5’1”, 150 lbs on the curvy side. The length I got was 27 and they run like long pants, not ankle. The jazz pop is more snatched in the waist than the black sprout (which is a bit more square). So, being curvy, the jazz pop was a perfect fit, I wish I went one size bigger instead of two but it still fits very well. Also, so far, ... MoreI got the black sprout and the jazz pop medium wash. I love the color options these jeans come in, I have a light medium and dark wash, plus black. With that being said, all of the jeans I have fit differently even though they are all the same size. My light wash at the best fitting pair, they have no stretch and don’t taper out too much at the bottom, a true straight leg fit. My dark wash and black pair are so wide at the bottom and too long, I had to get them taken in a half an inch as they were basically boot cut. My medium wash was wider too but not as wide as the dark wash and black. The stretch was also different on all pairs. I do still wear and will continue to wear them, but just note that Levi’s is extremely inconsistent on size and fit

For starters I’m 5’3 around 125 lbs and usually wear a size 26. I decided to size up to a 27 bc black denim is always tighter on me. I went in person to try these on after dinner bc I want to be able to wear these at any time not just when I’m feeling skinny (you know how it be). The 27 fit very nicely even with my food baby. It had a nice stretch but not too much. I tried it on the next morning one the food baby was gone and they looked even better. I purchased a size 27x27 cause I’m fairly short and I like a nice ankle length jean to go with my fall boots. I do notice they’ll be wrinkly after sitting down for long periods of time but it goes away after a few minutes. I’ve worn this pair 3 times already without washing and they look pretty fresh every time I put ... MoreFor starters I’m 5’3 around 125 lbs and usually wear a size 26. I really love these jeans. I have a hard time finding jeans that fit right and aren’t too long. I am 37 yrs old and as much as I love a bootcut or straight leg jean, I often have to go with skinny jeans because I can hem or cut the bottom when they are too long. These cropped jeans are the perfect length and sit right on the top of my foot. They look really nice on and classic. I know they will last me for years and years. I think the fit is great, I have a pear shape so my hips and thighs are my curviest areas. There is a small gap in the back, so maybe I could have sized down for the waste, but they were perfect in the thighs and honestly sizing down would have been too tight I think. I’m very happy with these. Great buy for petite ladies!
I love the style of these jeans and the jazz-pop colour but they are not true to size! I purchased a size W25 and L31 and a W26 L31L and found they were very inconsistent with other colours. My usual size W25 was very tight on the hips and crotch, while the waist band still gaped at the back. The size W26 runs very large on the waist but is comfortable everywhere else, however, it doesn't have the same slim leg as the smaller size. I ended up returning both pairs - I considered getting them tailored.I'm 5’7 (L31) and between a 6/8, typically a 6 in jeans. The black jeans in the same style fit perfectly, I ordered W25 L31.I'm not sure how the model is wearing a W26 when they are a have W24, it seems misleading.
So im usually a 30 but ordered these jeans in a 32 just because ive heard they are snug on curvier woman. When i received them and tried them on they were so comfortable i absolutely loved them! The issue however was that i had a HUGE waist gap in the back. I decided to go try a smaller size in store before doing any altering to the jeans i received. I tried on a 30, they wouldnt even go up past my thighs. Then i tried a 31 and they closed buy they were way too tight around my hips and still had a big waist gap. So i decided to keep the 32 and had them altered to get rid of the waist gap. And now they are my favorite jeans! They are really flattering and comfortable!
I ordered my usual size 25 for Levi's and the rib cage style is no exception. As always they fit snug and tight at first but relax and break in at the end of the day's wear. My trick to break them in, even if it feels too "small" on me, is to squat, sit, bend. Do all the things you normally would do throughout the day with the jeans on and I promise you that it will mold to your body, stretch with wear and feel and look relaxed over your butt so it won't look flat. It will basically become muscle memory for the jeans. Just remember to repeat the process when you wash them after several wears and don't dry them in the dryer. I've tried sizing up to a 26 in the past but even though it felt like the perfect fit and "true to size" at first wear, it stretched out at the ... MoreI ordered my usual size 25 for Levi's and the rib cage style is no exception. It's definitely a preference thing and might not work for everyone but this is what works for me. I'm 5'4 and the length hits me right at my ankles.
Love these jeans but fit varies by wash. If you’re going to get the no stretch color, I’d recommend sizing up if you have muscular / curvy hips and thighs. I ordered my usually size and they fit in the waist but were super tight on my thighs. Disappointed because it’s a really nice medium blue color! I also tried the light wash with some stretch which fit perfectly but the way they dyed them around the ankles looks weird to me. Thought it was maybe just my pair but they look that way in the pics so I guess that was intended. I think it kinda looks like they messed it up rather than a unique feature - not sure if I’ll keep them because of that but otherwise I liked the fit
I bought a pair of Premium Ribcage Jeans from Aritzia last year. The style and cut has DEFINITLEY changed. I would almost call these wide legged jeans. They're also quite a bit longer now even the ankle style. Unfortunately how these changed just doesn't look good on me and I exchanged for the Wedgie which is way closer to what my Ribcages from last year. These are a great High Rise though and I wish Levi's made they Wedgie's this high.Still giving 5 stars because the quality, customer support and shipping was great. Just not the right cut for me.
