I bought these some weeks ago, and I must say that the quality is very poor compared to other Levis jeans I have previously owned some years back - as far as I remember. The fabric is very thin and after only one day (maybe even less) the fabric becomes out of shape by the knees and the waist expands easily (becoming a bit too big). Also I bike every day for work, and after only few days I could see white marks on the back of the jeans from where I had sit on the saddle, which are signs of wear where the color is starting to diminish. I don't know if Levis' jeans have become poorer quality, or if I just remember incorrectly...

There are these pants I own that are a straight leg button fly style but their problem is that after being in them for a while they become a little loose on the waist and get uncomfortable to wear. Another con I have about levis jeans is that depending on the jean you buy they can be a little stiff. I look for a flexible jean that I can move around in and sometimes levis doesnāt provide that. Other than that, levis are great jeans and Iām definitely still investing my money in them.To conclude, levis jeans have great features. There might be some things they can work on but besides those 2 things theyāre great.
Great style. Unfortunately, the sizing is very big. They seem to fit when you first put them on, but after a wear or two, they stretch out considerably. I would suggest sizing down. Also, because of the fit, they fall longer than they should. I ordered the 29" length and it fits more like a 31." They ultimately don't give the look/fit that's advertised.
I have worn Ribcage jeans religiously for years. Different sizes, different colors - but always Leviās Ribcage. Unfortunately, I recently tried to restock my collection and they definitely seem to have changed drastically. Suddenly the thighs are tight and small and the waist is huge. I ordered multiple sizes and color ways to try - all the same problem. Super, super disappointing as they were the only jeans that ever fit my curvier hip/waist ratio in the past. Now it seems theyāve been reworked to only fit people with straight bodies and thin thighs. Please go back to the old pattern!
My waist and hip measurement is 29.5/41. The website recommended a size 28 for me based on my height and weight: 5ā9ā and 149 lbs. I tried 28, 29, and 30. The 28 definitely fit the best. A little snug at first, but within a few hours they stretched to fit nicely. I love the super high rise, and the 5 button fly seems more flattering than zippers. My butt looks amazing in these. There is quite a big gap in the back of my waist. My biggest problem is the lower half. I love a straight jean, but these look almost wide leg, which isnāt the most flattering. Also the length is weird for me. The 29ā inseam is a little too long to be ankle length, but the 27ā is too short. They kind of just look like high-waters. I decided to keep these to give them a fair shot.
So im usually a 30 but ordered these jeans in a 32 just because ive heard they are snug on curvier woman. When i received them and tried them on they were so comfortable i absolutely loved them! The issue however was that i had a HUGE waist gap in the back. I decided to go try a smaller size in store before doing any altering to the jeans i received. I tried on a 30, they wouldnt even go up past my thighs. Then i tried a 31 and they closed buy they were way too tight around my hips and still had a big waist gap. So i decided to keep the 32 and had them altered to get rid of the waist gap. And now they are my favorite jeans! They are really flattering and comfortable!

I love these jeans. I have a couple other pairs in the black sprout and jazz pop. Both of those pairs are 31 waist and, even though black sprout was slightly tighter in the waist than the jazz pop, they still fit beautifully. I just purchased the Noe Dark Mineral - Dark Wash in 31 waist and couldn't even pull the pants over my butt. I wish they'd fit, but I'm having to send back. They don't have the larger size in stock of these. These are great pants, but I wish the sizing was more consistent.
