We ordered a 'medium' which ended up being somewhat big, we did the free exchange for 'small'.There is a lot to be improved in your communication. Like your mail which says "undefined" for my name :). After I returned the jacket for "exchange", I received a mail saying my "refund" was on the way etc etc. Review end to end comms around your logistics. Feels like you have to fix a bunch of bugs there.

Love these jeans! but the leg length is very dramatised, I tried on a W26 L32 In Anthropologie and they were perfect EXACT same jean, but when I bought them on here the leg length was completely different even though it was a L32 but otherwise I absolutely love them!!
These jeans are so flattering on me and are really good quality. Very pleased with them.
I get so many compliments!!! They are an awesome fit for smaller waisted bigger hip girls. Love them and will likely buy in other colours
Too long in leg but love the style
This is the issue I have with Levi's... I am normally size 29 in jeans but Levi's has extreme variation in size. These were way too big for me, both in the waist and in length. Unfortunately had to return them.
Fits true to size, comfortable and very stylish. The colour was also very nice
Gorgeous jacket. I bought the men's jacket and unfortunately it's too long in the arms for me, but it looks really good, well made, and feels great - warm and snuggly. When I sent a question to Customer Services they were incredibly helpful too.
