The Lexar 1800x are a new line of SD cards from Lexar, slotting in between the 1667x and the 2000x. While these are not as fast as the V90 rated 2000x cards, they are a step above the 1667x. While both the 1667x and the 1800x are V60, the 1800x offers a bit higher sustained read and write speeds. These cards will be more than enough for most 4k24, 4k30 and even 4k60 recording in h.264 and h.265 formats. You may need V90 rated cards for 4k120 or the more uncompressed formats.Comes with Lexar's lifetime warranty which is nice. I did have an older card fail and Lexar sent a refund to replace it upon receiving a picture of the destroyed card. These are now our standard, go to cards when V90 is not required.

Tested a bit its maybe 1-2% slower on writes and 25% faster on writes versus the 1667x silver version. It does seem to take a few extra seconds more to ramp up to that speed though, it starts off slower. Results are off of the computer. On the XT-4 side it does clear the buffer about 25-35% faster. Based off those numbers its probably getting 100-110MB/s in camera.

These are well priced for the speed. Just short of V90 performance and dramatically reduced cost. I use them for R5 photos but have tested them for 4k video with good results. Transfers directly from the USB port to my Dell XPS are the same speed as with the faster CF Express cards.

This card is GREAT. It replaced a silver Lexar card that's a little slower that began glitching out. You'll want to buy a USB 3.0 UHS-II card reader to pair with this thing, because if you do, it REALLY lives up to the read speed shown on the front. My 2.5 Gbps network link to my giant NAS was fully saturated by copies of 4K footage from this card. I highly recommend it.
I've always had good experiences with Lexar. These are a slight upgrade from the 1667x, and I can feel it in downloads. I do mostly 4k video with Sony cameras, and these had no issues keeping up with 10bit 4:2:2 4K shooting for 45+ mins of concert shooting.
When I bought my Canon R7 I needed a fast memory card to keep up with the 15 fps burst speed. This card gives me plenty of speed emptying the buffer for my bird & wildlife photography without breaking the bank. The next faster card is substantially more $. I am happy with my purchase.
I only use Lexar and SanDisk for my cameras. B&H was offering a great price for pack of 2 and I didn't hesitate. Cards works perfectly and at high speed. Highly recommended!
I heard about lots of bad words of lexar cards, some people said they lost their data when use lexar. I think I'm lucky so I bought my first lexar card 3 years ago. After about half year the card start writing photos into it with really low speed. It's still doing that, but after format it's fine. The reason why I didn't ask them to change is their customer service is really messed up during that time an I can still use it if I format it every time before I use it. After 3 years, when I buy the FX3, I choose this V60 lexar cards, I was thinking after 3 years they should be better. Same thing happened. When I replay the clips on my FX3 it shows some error code randomly, and when I try to copy them into my hard drive, it just don't respond about every 2 seconds, ... When I replay the clips on my FX3 it shows some error code randomly, and when I try to copy them into my hard drive, it just don't respond about every 2 seconds, luckily I successfully backed up my file. I don't recommend buying any Lexar cards anymore. I won't buy them in the future as well. Your data is not safe, and the performance is unstable, you might suffer irrupted recording during your work.
I use 8x these for aerial mapping with Fuji gfx 100s setup. Lots of storage and these are fast cards. Slightly slower than the 256gb 2000x card but fast enough to capture 5cm imagery at 115knots speeds.
Overall, the card worked as expected. I did not fill card but did get over 200GB of data on it. Not sure if it was worth the $10.00 difference from the silver series card. The only downside is it did not come in plastic storage case. You would think, for the price, they could at least include a plastic storage case for it.
