I keep this by my bed. Got the red. Bright clocks disturb my wife, but this little guy only turns on when you touch it. And the brightness is adjustable. Hadn’t used it much as an alarm but that is adjustable, too. Too small to see across the room, but perfect for me. I imagine it would make pretty good travel clock. Easy to set. Holds a charge very well. Check it out.

What a piece of junk. If it's not plugged in the wall, it's not on. And, just so-so on keeping time.
This clock's LED does NOT stay on unless it is plugged into the wall, which renders the internal battery completely useless. This was obviously by design, so what were the designers thinking? I need the LED screen to STAY ON when it's on battery power - DUH!I used an old Elgin clock of similar size that ran on triple A's, and I guess I have to go back to that now which is a shame, because I really wanted something with an internal battery that charges by USB-C - but this clock is un-useable.
This mini digital clock is a beautiful red and perfect for slipping in your pocket. The numbers are very bright and easy to read. I love it!

Yes, the light of the numbers doesn't stay on when it's not plugged in (until you touch it and then it comes right on!), which is exactly what I need to minimize light at night. I really dislike when you can see the numbers on an alarm all night, telling you how much sleep you are missing, but then it's also quite helpful to get the numbers illuminated when you really need the time.
