I bought this monitor along with a second one to use in a laptop dock situation after support informed .e that the monitors are supported to work thru a dock hooked to a laptop. In fact they do not work in such a situation. So far, LG support can't or won't stand behind their initial support for this configuration. So, I am not satisfied at all with my purchase. Support said they would escalate this up to some executive level for resolution. So far nothing back except advertising to buy more LG products.

An acceptable monitor except for one problem

We were happy with this monitor for a while until we noticed that, under Windows 10, whenever the PC came out of sleep mode, any open windows would resize small and reposition to the upper left corner. I would not have guessed that this was a monitor issue until I read a post on some discussion forums where they blamed it on the behavior of the HDMI connection on "some" monitors. I dug out an old VGA cable, connected that, and it's working fine now.

Clear picture - terrible controls

I bought this model because it was a good value for this size of monitor. The first thing I noticed was how the picture vears towards a yellow tinge. The color settings really do not correct this. My biggest complaint is the impossible thumbwheel control hidden at the base of the edge of the TV. It makes adjucting very difficult.

Excellent Monitor

I purchase this monitor about 6 weeks ago and I am delighted with my selection. I am using it with my Lenovo Thinkpad with Windows 11. The screen size is great for side by side document comparison. Images are clear and bright. Settings options for personalization offer a wide variety.

Excellent home office monitor. Good looks for a great value!

It's a great improvement over a small 13" low-res laptop display.I ordered it for pickup from Micro Center after seeing a deal on it in my email.It comes with an HDMI cable which is a nice plus especially given the price, but connecting to a macbook still requires a dongle, in my case a mini DisplayPort to HDMI for pre-2020 macbook airs. The display detected the macbook input automatically as expected.75hz refresh rate would be nice for light gaming (but the gf doesn't do that nor does the old macbook support it, but it's somewhat future-proofed for a future computer upgrade).

Great monitor for office applications

I was looking for moderately priced monitors for a dual-monitor office PC setup. These monitors work great: nice crisp picture, very slim bezel. The HDMI port and included cable made it easy to connect to the PC out of the box.If you're a hard-core gamer then these are probably not for you, but for an office setup I would definitely recommend them.

I purchased this monitor to replace an older 19" screen that was lower resolution. The larger 1080p display provides excellent resolution. It's not actually "borderless on 3 sides" because there's a 1/4" border on 3 sides. When using 2 monitors side-by-side, that leaves 1/2" between the two screens--better than most monitors in this class. By default, the monitor connects with the Mac at 75Hz, but the standard spec for this model is 60Hz. Visibly, it's not a difference for me. In the 75Hz mode, sometimes when the monitor wakes up after a computer sleep mode, there's a screen full of snow. This problem doesn't seem to happen in the 60Hz mode, so that's where I have it set.The power button/joystick is directly behind the LG logo on the front and easy to miss. The manual isn't very clear on the location of the power button. Pressing the button quickly pulls up a menu that lets you adjust quick settings, the input (VGA or HDMI), picture settings and general information. There are lots of options for those who like to tweak their monitor. I have found that the default settings work very well.The monitor base is very basic with a flat surface (to help reclaim some of the desktop space taken up) with a vertical tilt swivel on the monitor. For stand or wall mounting there is provision for VESA 75mm mounts.

Just What I Needed !

I had to replace my 9 year old ACER 27" monitor that started blinking on and off--defective since I tried it on another computer.I don't need an expensive fancy monitor, just something big enough to read clearly and fits in my current work station setup with my laptop.This does just that !I hope it lasts along time

Perfect Size

Purchased 2 new monitors for my office and they fit perfectly in the space on my office desk. Pictures are very clear and the colors are great. The only con is that in order to change the settings there is a button under underneath the screen where you push it to change the settings so it adjusts the screens so everything fits on your screen. Just hard to adjust to the setting you need it to be.

Perfect size for my desktop !

I purchased this 24"monitor to replace my small 19"monitor for my desktop. I upgraded my computer desktop system to a new faster, quieter model and decided I may as well go all out and buy a new monitor as well. Easy setup, lightweight, but it is large enough that it hides my new dell desktop system right behind it. I love watching streaming services on it as well, nice color, large enough screen for me. I could have gone with a 27" as well, but did not feel the need to. Great buy, I love it. Great price.
