Great picture for single playerBad for FPS games, like apex legends.If is set 1920x1080 it only sends 2650 x 1440If I choose 2650 x 1440 it sends (4K) 3840 x 2160Which means my mouse and key inputs feel completely disconnected from my gameHorrible for FPS games.Spent 2 weeks researching and found no solution so returned monitor, sadly as the game looks great, but it is unplayable.

Epic Gaming OLED Monitor

This has to be one of, if not, the best monitor I have been in contact with. I know there are many monitors and the brands we are accustomed to. I have been straight Alienware for years and found myself within the ecosystem, including their 38" AW3821DW. Nothing wrong with the monitor at all as I loved gaming and working on it.But, for Memorial Day, it was a trip to Best Buy and once I saw it, I was amazed. Of course, my wife said no, but here I am with the LG 45GS96QB monitor that is pure OLED, 240Hz smooth as butter display. Keep in mind this is the 2024 edition where which has built-in speakers, Freesync Pro, Nvidia compatible, and HDMI 2.1 ports. I am running a 4090 and playing games like Call of Duty, Overwatch, and even Rocket League, to name a few, which look amazing. The deep blacks and the colors are fantastic. Plus, if you pull up YouTube and watch some of those OLED videos, you should have a smile on your face.If you can get this it's worth the money. But no issues whatsoever and hooking up everything was such an easy process. Just sit back and enjoy.

Phenomenal gaming monitor.

Quite simply this is the best gaming monitor that I have ever owned and I have owned more than 50. I'm a cutting edge tech early adopter type. I waited on this specific model due to the peak higher brightness of 1,300 nits. Well many people will balk at its PPI due to the size of the screen and resolution It becomes a non-issue after your brain adjusts in a couple of days. The resolution in my mind is perfect for gaming and and good for productivity as well. I'm choosy and picky so it is difficult for me to overlook flaws. This may be the perfect gaming monitor. The level of immersion is otherworldly in envelop your entire periphery. I'm now spoiled as I can never go back to anything other than this.

I was introduced to Oled when i bought my Oled LG C1 as my TV and never wanted to go back to LCD panels. I upgraded my Samsung G40A IPS panel for this MSI quantum dot Oled monitor and i dont have any regrets. Even more color than WOled from LG panels. If you want to know if it works on Linux the photo gives you the answer. I dont use Windows anymore so thats what you are seeing in the photo. But should be good for Windows users too. I have it in peak 1000 nits mode and everything is extremely bright. Oh and just letting you know so far no visible autobrightness or visual issues like VRR flickering. I think this monitor came out with better stock firmware than other models because i dont see the issues with the other MSI monitors that ive heard about. WOW! After spending a few days with it, I can say how amazing this monitor is. Coming from an LG IPS display, the colors, clarity, and response time on this monitor is incredible. I have read several reviews complaining about the matte finish, and I personally do not see an issue with it. The text fringing is fixable by tweaking your clear type settings. Took some time to get it all set up the way I like it, and I'm never going back to LCD! This is the same panel as the other LG OLED, just without the RGB. I did think it would take some getting used to having a remote instead of the toggle button, but I prefer it now. If your on the fence about spending the money on this, its worth it!

This MSI OLED monitor got some lightning-fast responsiveness and phenomenal visual performance. The OLED panel delivers stunning visuals, and the high refresh rate and response time guarantee an incredibly smooth and immersive gaming experience. Blacks are great. Color is great. Looks absolutely amazing in every game I play. Definitely the best monitor I’ve used. Only drawback here is the amount of time needed to adjust few settings to my liking.

[Rewarded Review] Unironically the best 1440p QD-OLED you can get

Despite all the comments on people saying you can't update firmware, I've yet to see a single person actually update their monitor's firmware. It's honestly just a vocal minority complaining. Out of the box, this monitor has had no issues whatsoever and has been fine gaming and working on. I opted for this 240Hz one since the 360Hz was sold out and I honestly can't tell the difference between 240 and 360 anyway. Also a big plus, this is a solid $120 cheaper than the 360Hz version. Comes with basically all the same standard features with 0.03ms response time and HDR400 and OLED Care 2.0 and USB-C Display Port Alt. So overall pretty happy with it.
