I bought this fridge 3 years ago. When suddenly the compressor shorts out. Also had the same issue with this brand fridge but with the water dispenser and the compressor failed in 12months of use.

All LG fridges come with 10 year compressor guarantee - great you think - recommended by choice - fantastic. Problem is if you live in Perth WA the only company which supports LG fridges DOES NOT REPLACE COMPRESSORS. Therefore buy another brand who can support their product where ever you live in Australia. I have been 2 months trying to get LG to sort this issue and still no closer to getting replacement compressor (which you as the consumer has to pay for the labour to replace btw)

I had an awful experience due to buying this fridge. The four doors are uneven and the customer service and the technician’s skills are hopeless. If you don’t want to get stressed out, please search the other item.

Shelves can't be adjusted without removing the doors completely. And beer bottles can't stand up anywhere except the door. I tried to get help from the live chat but 2 different agents ended the chat as soon as I said that the shelf hits the doors. Very disappointed not to have an easy solution. I will have to get a technician out to remove the doors so the warranty isn't voided.
The issue is still there. (door leaves mid gap not align.
Lovely sleek looking fridge with great space, easy accessible draws to the freezer.
Love this fridge, I was a bit dubious at first but have grown to love it. Not fancy but looks great. Have to say appliances Online are the best! First time buyer.
