We purchased this vacuum cleaner after moving into a new apartment. We were looking for a product that was easy to store and use and this product has been perfect in that respect. We were influenced by a positive Choice Magazine review and a very good purchase price, particularly when compared to another mainstream brand. It performs as well as our previous "big" vacuum cleaner and with two batteries supplied as part of the purchase price we easily have enough power to vacuum a 3 bed apartment, both carpet and hard floors. The only negative with the cleaner is that the dust collector is quite small and is fiddly to empty and maintain. This is the best vacuum I have owned. So easily stored on charge. Light weight with maintaining great suction. I have never seen my floors so clean with little effort! Love all the additional attachments and even a second back battery which I haven’t needed yet. I can do my whole house (4 bedrooms / 2 living areas) without running out of battery.

This vacuum cleaner is absolutely amazing. Both my wife and I and our cleaner are totally impressed with its performance and ability to clean our house so easily.I researched all the brands available extensively before deciding to buy this one, and have been very pleasantly surprised at how good it performs. Definitely we have chosen the best for the money.I would definitely recommend this product as being one of many LG products we have purchased and had great performance from
