This was a game changer for my life. Having a two little ones I need to do laundry everyday. I decided to upgrade to WV10-1412B and the matching heated pump dryer. What I love about this machine is I can do big load or small load of washing(using the turbo wash(1kg))depending on the amount of washing load I have on daily basis. Also this machine is super quite and I often forget that I have the washing on then it’s connected to my phone via WIFI and give me an alert when the washing is completed. Another amazing thing is auto dosing! I thought auto dosing is not necessary but I can’t live without this feature now. I can also check if the washing liquid level is low on my LG app. This machine really improved my motherhood big time. I highly recommend :)

I only have a small space so a washer/dryer combo is perfect. I researched combos for 12mths prior to deciding to purchase this one because its the only one where clothes come out both warm and dry. The only thing that has struck me as a downfall is that delivery people do not read the instructions and did not plug the transit holes, they put the hose in the drain pipe too far, and took the little spanner and rubber things and they were a bit short when I asked for them saying that Ididn'tneed them. Also, you should note that it explicitly advises users to NOT wash pet beds/items, or things that have combustible solvents on them (e.g. turps etc). This is probably because it creates hot air for the dry function instead of being designed with a condenser mechanism. As you probably guessed, so far, I'm a huge fan of this machine!

I bought this a couple of years ago, it was how I learned I’m a grown up. If it wasn’t an appliance I’d have a love affair with this machine. It is amazing. As a new mum I love the fact I can load my washing the night before and have clean clothes ready for hanging on the line after breakfast. Not just that but if you don’t mind mixing all your clothes together you can fill 2 sides of a hills you’ve in one load. It seems my friends forever have washing to do daily, I can get away with one or two loads a week. I rarely use the dryer, the reason I bought this machine is the dryer was a cost effective way to own one without having a completely seperate machine. I only ever use it when we have weeks of rain. It took less time to wash and dry using ONLY cold water to wash the clothes. The water connection was only to the COLD tap, so using hot water by this Combo Washer Dryer wasn't needed. I'm not entirely certain if the washer/dryer heated the water for hot water washing, as we never needed to worry about it. As it had a drier, drying the clothes did not take anywhere as long as it used to with the previous model. We never used the other settings available, we were satisfied using a quick wash and intensive setting to wash the clothes, then a drying of not more than an hour. Purchased LG Front load washing machine on 2nd Aug 2022, from one of the leading retailer in Sydney. I had reported a product issue with Retailer, who helped me raising a case with LG. Problem that we were facing was a power circuit breaker going off when washing machine was in use and upon investigation noticed water leakages at the bottom. Technician was assigned to investigate within 2 days, who did notice that hard plastic water pipe beneath rubber gasket between Drum and door was broken. Which is causing water seepage to heater causing Power Circuit Breaker to go off. He didn’t have the part, so he had to request for the same. LG advised that broken pipe will be replaced as part of repair process. This product being essential for a family, and we would go through hardship. My case was then escalated to customer escalations team. Who was arrogant in their response, based on technician report this issue is considered only for repair, and customer has to invest their time in go through the repair process. By sound of their response, it is not a big deal for LG if customer to go through hardship even if they identified electrical issue post replacement of pipe or even if this issue repeats. I have attached the photos that was taken by technician, and his report below. Report On - 30/11/2022 1:29:05 PM Checked to find leak underneath washer , found plastic joiner at the front which goes inside seal and joins to hose broken causing leak onto heater and tripping power. As an experienced LG customer, I recommend not to go with LG. I understand things can go wrong, but there is no empathy from the manufacturer for customers hardship. I regret for choosing LG, and I would never ever recommend to my family and friends.

I have tried different settings, but the towels have no fluff left on them and have become thin and hard. This happened within the first week! The clothes are often screwed up so much that it makes ironing harder. I try a lower spin, but then I'm hanging out much wetter clothes which take longer to dry. My old top loader could spin very dry without leaving the clothes so wrinkled. It has plenty of programs, but most of them are nowhere near the 9kg. I love the delay start, but on a couple of occasions I haven't been able to use it and the error code which comes up is NOT listed as an error code in the manual. Very frustrating. Recently bought this washer and dryer combo model and used few times. if we do wash with 1400 spin rpm, the machine just shakes too much and our bathrooms just shakes. our floor is flat and we even placed anti vibration mat and it still vibrating too much.may be its just old house with poor rigid hard surface. however if we spin 800 with quite wash mode, it does great job, but the laundry comes out bit soggy. Another problem we are facing is, if we use dryer mode, the machine gets too hot. and also the laundry came out super hot. More features and controls open up via the LG App which is awesome. It loses one star because the WIFI features only work while the machine is on, which is silly. However, I have seen in one youtube video someone wakes the machine from sleep mode. Not sure if this applies to some regions only, I have queried in the comments in that particular video(video region was Middle East). Feedback was that I should enquire within my region. Hopefully LG Australia can assist me in trying to figure out the "sleep mode" function. Hopefully LG Australia can assist me in trying to figure out the "sleep mode" function. Otherwise I find it silly every time having to physically switch on the machine to use the LG App Features. I was also unsuccessful on a few attempts with the smart diagnosis feature, will try again. All in all, a good solid built washing machine with loads of features.
