LG WV9-1410B 10kg Front Load Washing Machine with Turbo Clean 360 S

I have this washer and the matching dryer and absolutely love it. It is a great brand and gets the job done! I love the black look and you can also use this with a smartphone with is super cool. It has AI technology that senses how long it should take to wash based off of what you put into it. I would definitely recommend!

Dissapointed

I bought this washing machine just yesterday from Harvey Norman. The first wash was all good and the second one I was disappointed. Water was coming out at the bottom of the glass. My bra strap got caught in the door and it made the water leak out. I mean it is 2022 I would have expected from an expensive LG washing machine to sense that the door wasn't sealed properly and stop the machine but no. It was halfway through the cyle when I noticed it and my laundry floor was flooded. Luckily we haven't installed our new flooring yet.

Easy to use & Stylish to look at.

Great washing machine. Love the Auto Settings, where the washing machine adjusts the time needed depending on your load. Pretty water efficient and the bigger sizes means less loads of laundry for me! We bought the 9kg heat pump dryer at the same time. Our laundry looks great & our clothes are clean and dry!

Excessive vibration

Bought this washer because we built a new house and I’d never owned a front loader so thought it would be fantastic. The first load was impressive but at the end when it went into spin our whole house started to vibrate excessively so over the next 2 weeks was trying to fix the problem with anti vibration mats and feet to no avail. We built a steel frame house and just cannot have it in there due to the vibration. Ended up having to cut a big hole in our veranda now poring it’s own base for it to sit on hope this works

Great Front Loading Machine

We updated our front loader with the new version of the 10kg LG washer. It has more wash cycles than the older model. It’s also quieter and sleeker in its appearance, finished in a beautiful black. Love the door on the machine, it’s flat and so easy to keep clean. Thanks LG for, I think, the best front loader.

Great appliance

Haven’t had any issues. Everything is washed well although takes longer than our last machine. It does however somehow seem cleaner which is great. No complaints. Ours have been stacked with the washer and drier in this model.

Love my new washer

This is not my first LG Washer, and I will continue to buy this brand. I was very sad when I was told I could no longer get parts for my old washer... my electrician told me it was beautuful insude, still looked new after 12 years very hard work. The new washer is all my old one was and more. 10 year warranty on the motor. Gentle wash, yet my clothes are washed beautifully. I love how the new one has 6 different washing actions, which I will use. I love the new turbo clean and rinse. Yes, LG, youve done it again.

My New Frontloader

Was simple to self install with clear instructions. Great wash results and love the Turbo and Steam options and the ability to monitor loads from my phone. Very stable and in the case of imbalance the machine prompts you to assess the load rather than vibrating it’s way out into the lounge room to let you know Love my new washer

Quiet, Intelligent and Thorough

We matched this washer with the DVH9-09B Heat Pump Dryer and they integrate seamlessly. The washer tells the dryer what cycle was used and what type of material the garments are. The washer is quiet and efficient with relatively quick wash cycles. The AI function is pretty accurate which adjusts the drum movements depending on weight and materials being washed. Steam and bubble options are amazing. LG Thinq app is very easy to use and a great way to select aditional cycles not available on the front panel. Once setup, the washer links to a compatible dryer which takes the guess work out of selecting your dry cycle. Very happy with this choice

Very loud

I had my washing machine replaced and went for this washing machine. I love the look and the specs however it's very loud, I couldn't even hear my F&P washing machine but this machine can be heard throughout the whole house so I can't so late night washing. The dog is even scared of it because it's so loud. Guess I'm stuck with it now.
