To be honest, I LOVE my new LG dishwasher (along with my vacuum which I’ll never go back to a Dyson again plus my washing machine). I love how this particular dishwasher has the cutlery drawer at the very top which can be lowered if needed and also LOVE how the top shelf is also adjustable which is PERFECT for larger pots etc that can be put on bottom tray if you lift the top tray. I honestly can’t fault it at all. And don’t even get me started on my recently purchased LG stick vacuum… Ive always believed Dyson was the best until Justin the sales representative at JB Hi FI highly recommended the LG. It is amazing and far better than a Dyson!

Well, if this isn't one of the very best dishwashers we have ever owned. In a lifetime of moving homes and a LOT of different appliances, we would definitely have to say that this is by far the most efficient, quiet and no nonsense dishwasher. It cleans and dries without any fuss every single time. Everything comes out so sparkling clean. Never have to second guess and look over things to make sure. The cutlery drawer is a winner with us too. We just love this dishwasher, and it is such a joy to use.

Only used it twice since installation but very happy with the results. Love the design inside and out. The draws don't slide as smoothly as our old Bosch, but its just as quiet. Only uses .4 watts when not in use and about 800 watts on a 65° 1 hour cycle. Didnt buy it for its wifi connectivity, but it connected easliy and sends you a notification when a cycle is completed. The app also shows how many cycles have been completed and suggests when its time to run a cleaning cycle. Also found the display is not the easiest to read. It's made in Korea. ( hopefully that's a good thing)

This dishwasher is SO QUIET , quad arm Is very powerful. Tested on first night with soup burnt to bottom of saucepan.......all came off! Easy to operate, looks good, works well. Really love cutlery draw where 1/2 can be lowered to accomodate....soup ladle ! :-) Only thing bit unhappy with, is the front door seems a bit flimsy.
Unit does not take as much crockery as our old LG dishwasher in particular the top rack for glasses and cups/mugs as the lowering mechanism takes up too much space. Also tall wine gasses do not fit even on the lowest setting unless the cutlery drawer is completely removed. There is a problem also with the cutlery drawer not designed for large carving knives and tongs etc as it is too shallow. Otherwise the unit does clean very well and dries quite well except for the top drawer where mugs and glasses hold top water as the guides are not angled steeply enough for proper drainage.
It’s a lot louder than our last dishwasher. It has no quick cycles at all the shortest we can find is like 1 hr . The app is quite useless. It plays silly jingles for it’s notifications. Not once has it dried anything yet. The cutlery draw is very good but it takes room from the top draw, My main problem with it tho is the bottom draw wheels jump off the track everytime we use it
Perfect dishwasher! It’s really quiet and super spacious. I like that you can adjust the shelf heights to suit what is being washed. The cutlery tray is also amazing. All dishes come out sparking clean. The LG app is really great to, it’s handy being notified when the dishwasher has finished its cycle. This dishwasher has many different cycle settings which is great. It also plays a cute little jingle when it’s finished, which is fun!
Worst experience to have this machine. The physical buttons would be really helpful as many occasions these buttons are unresponsive. The wifi connection keeps dropping all the time, cause beeping sound in the middle of night. To solve problems like this resources are limited, Diagnostic tool by LG is hopeless and not much of use. I m remorseful to purchase smart machine which has wifi connection, without it would work perfectly.
We have only put 5 loads through and have had mixed results. Must loads have finished very clean. Most loads however have still been very wet. I don't like the cutlery drawer. It takes up far too much room and is too fiddly to stack. The cutlery drawer makes the second shelf almost useless. There's little bowl racks but even my tiniest kids bowl is too high. Hopefully I will find a way to remove this drawer and go back to the good old cutlery basket. There's enough room on one side to put tall glasses and coffee cups. The bottom rack is very spacious and nearly all of the plate guides are adjustable which is fantastic. Also, there's this app which connects to the dishwasher which tells you which cycle it's up to and when it is finished. Our dishwasher broke down whilst I was having a lengthy stay in hospital. Hubby purchased a new one after I did some research and found this one to be what would suit our large family the most. Can’t fit items in top rack, that we were able with our ok’d one. Baby bottles, plastics thatre not recommended for bottom shelf, drawer won’t shut. If we lower drawer, the water arms hit the plates on the bottom shelf. Also, fir a 15 piece setting, it is not a very big machine.
