I think it's important to read all the fine print that comes with these mushrooms, and have some knowledge about how they are produced and active ingredients. For example this strain of lion's mane is actually a variety that does not contain erinacines and hericenones (the active neuroprotective ingredients). It claims to have corralocins - a quick google search found only 1 reference to this substance (opposed to hundreds on erinacines / hericenones).Beta-glucans are the main bio-actives in all mushroom supplements, so it is a little underwhelming when lifecykel use a blanket statement of "Until we can get precise laboratory results on beta-glucans content, we have decided to not promote them on our extracts". There are many studies out there on effective and testing protocols.Finally a comment on tincture vs dry powders. The active ingredients polysaccharides (in water), and terpenoids (in alcohol) are extracted using solvents. After extraction these are filtered and dried to a residue/powder. Any excess alcohol or liquid is useless in this case. On average the dissolved ingredients are 5 - 10% of the total content. In this case the equivalent of 1 - 2 capsules of dried mushrooms. I can't see any specifications on the bottles. You have no clue at all about what you get.One positive is the third party testing; but this only covers things such as contaminants (bacteria) and heavy metals.In my opinion there are better products out there which can be found with some simple research and understanding of the products.

Wow, just wow! Rarely do you experience such an immediate and noticeable effect from a supplement. Like a grease and oil change for your brain. Runs soooo much better. Focused yet more relaxed. In the morning coffee works for me. Other family members prefer it in the evening for an improved sleep pattern.Highly recommend this quality product.

I never write reviews but I’m so in love with this product I just had to share! I’ve been taking this product on and off for over a year now and can really notice a difference when I’m not using it. I took it originally to help with my anxiety and brain fog and can honestly say this is the only natural product that I’ve tried that works! I have also noticed my mood is much more positive and I sleep much better when Im using it. It takes me a few weeks to start noticing the difference. I will be a customer for life of this product. Oh and also shipping is always fast and well packaged!
