I bought this because it contained Collagen and the doctor said i had to take more calcium. My nails are definitely stronger; cannot tell whether bones are :)Gave it 4 stars bec I had to take 4 big capsules each time. I cannot tell how it tastes because I try not to bite into them but I would not say they smell appetizing.

As I have osteopenia, I read that the supplement KoAct was good for strengthening the bones and I have been buying this product for a few months now. After a recent DEXA scan, still no evidence of osteoporosis which I'm really pleased about. I intend to carry on taking this supplement to help keep it at bay.....
