Have no idea if these work. Was having serious dry eye issues and know constant use of drops aren't good. Part of problem is very low humidity where I live. I no longer take. Plus, I will likely not review other purchases as I realized this morning as I looked over various reviews that these that are rewarded seemed to be seemingly "falsely" skewed to 5 stars, causing an unrealistic picture of the products being reviewed. Also note that iherb puts the reviews having low rating at the bottom so I start at the end to get the real story.

Had to wait a couple of months to see if this had a better effect than the other ones that have no astaxanthin. Well, hello, it did. What a difference. Doesn't just help with eyes, but has helped things heal that had been just sitting for a long time, such as a damaged toenail. After almost 2 months on this formula, the damaged part of the toenail started to grow out. Other things got better, too. Highly recommend.

She keeps saying how much better she feels after she started using Life Extension, MacuGuard. That her vision improved. That she reads everything she wants, she wears glasses. This supplement also contains zeaxanthin, saffron and astaxanthin in a nice amount. So I think, this high quality staff, in a package of 60 cps, so it lasts 2 months. She takes it only once a day.

I spend on average eight hours a day on my pc. My eyes tire and dry out. I have been using this product for over two weeks as a trial. Also, mix with Magubright. Already I see an improvement - my eyes feel relaxed, lubricated, and unstrained. I am not using drops. My diet, screen time, and screen light have not changed. I will absolutely continue to use these supplements. Super impressed.
I have been using this product for a long time. I learned, over a year ago that I have the start of cataracts, but at my last appointment, they still haven't gotten any worse. I don't know if this supplement is responsible for that, but I will continue to use it.The gelcap is small and easy to swallow, and has no flavor. A previous brand of a similar supplement would frequently have leaked red, greasy liquid in the bottles, and the caps were coated in that. I have never had anything like that with this brand.

I use to take astaxanthin separately . I feel this product may keep my eye disease at bay. So far I have seen the benefit of not having any further % of the degenerative disease. Life Extension has two options for MacuGuard, this is the one that is much better although pricier. Ophthalmologist did not tell me that I had macular degeneration after early 2023 testing but because of other neurological issues with my eyes I began taking this. On repeat testing early 2024, he finally showed me the test results and said, believe it or not, that my AMD had improved. I had brought the bottle with me to show him what I had been taking and he told me to continue taking it which I am. However, living alone and the thought of going blind is out of the question so I have since added Solaray ultra zeaxanthin with lutein for additional protection which I will review under that product.
Have been taking these for 4 months, ever since I started needing reading glasses. At first I was wearing +2.00 glasses (and I bought several different pairs from different places) but now I only need +1.50 (again, I bought a bunch of pairs from different places, because I'm figuring out what kind of frames I like). I'll definitely invest in another 4 months worth and see where I'm at then. Definitely holding off on ordering the real deal optometrist pair for now! Will be very interesting to get my eye test re-done and see if the prescription has truly changed. This is a brand I've really come to trust through good experience.
i always look for eye vitamins esp with my age and constant gadget exposure. eye abuse here and there and discovering this vitamins is the answer to my search for good eye vitamins. i just finish my first bottle and I will buy again because i dont suffer from eye fatigue anymore. there is no visible dark circles around my eyes and I feel that I am always awake. the composition and ingredient of this vitamins make me stick and buy again and again. i. love how the size of it, makes me easy to swallow and no after taste.
