I have been taking these mega Vit K2 capsules for about a year. My last bone scan showed an improvement in my spine which would be from taking these capsules. They are not cheap but if I can avoid a fracture(I’m 79) they will be worth the price.

Mk4, I like that these capsules are really small, very easy to swallow. Have used for less than a month, I take with adequate vitamin D and calcium. With this combo I sleep well at night and support my bones. Life extension has great quality products.
I have been AMAZED how this supplement has worked for me. I'm 63, VERY active and had with mild issues of the back area. Since taking this supplement, I feel much better. I appreciate Life Extension for bringing us cutting edge knowledge and products. But jeez I bought 4 bottles with 30 caps in each bottle and you could fit all 4 bottles worth - 120 caps - in one bottle. What's with that? Isn't reducing the amount of plastic being made from petroleum something your company would be interested in? And reducing the packaging cost as well?
I have used this product for only 6 weeks as part of my osteoporosis protocol. The capsules are tiny (yeah)! I take it after dinner that includes some fat for absorption with a vita D3 (2,000 mg), and adequate calcium/ magnesium supplement. I have noticed that my nails are as hard as rocks, and less pain from the osteo issues. Life Extension supplements are high quality ingredients. In the online Pub Med studies this MK4 is the only type of Vitamin K proven to assist in strengthening the bones.
I decided to take Vitamin K2 because of the recently reported findings associated with the bone and circulatory system health; I've been taking one capsule of Vitamin K2 for approximately 3 years already however I have never summited myself to any analysis to determine that whether or not it is working.
