I like many of the products formulated by life extension. This is a company that uses science to create quality efficient formulas using well-researched trademark raw materials. As a trained herbalist with over 20 years of experience in my field, I don't consider a "multivitamin" to be a priority in my program but, if you are a fan of powerful high polyphenolic compounds, this formula will save you a ton of money versus buying them individually. The capsules dose to get the full amount on the bottle is 12 daily and they are very easy to swallow. I only take six because I use a wide variety of other items but, if this is the only thing you are going to take, then the full 12 daily will provide a powerful punch.

I have been using this product since the 1980s, although at the greatly reduced dosage rate of two capsules a day instead of the twelve capsules recommended. It is an excellent, high-quality, broad-spectrum supplement that goes far beyond the normal vitamins and minerals found in most products.

I have taken Life Extension Mix capsules for many years. They are easy to swallow, do not upset my stomach, and have helped to keep me very healthy into my seventh decade. I introduced them to my new husband 15 years ago, and his doctors tell him every year that he has the blood of a teenager! I highly recommend these supplements to friends and family.
In general, this product contains a varied composition of health-promoting substances. Most of them are good quality, patented forms of supplements. The exception is magnesium oxide, a completely useless and unnecessary ingredient. Package is big but only lasts one month. Besides, now I'm trying to avoid synthetic vitamin D so i won't be buying again.
I consider this my daily multivitamin and take it daily with my juices. I think it has a good mix of everything. Ive had more energy after my treatments compared to before that im only taking juices without these vitamins. the dosage is quite a lot so I lower mine a bit as not to interfere with a lot of medications im taking as well.

I have used this product for many years and have found it to be the best there is. It has so many different nutrients that no other multivitamin comes even close. Vitamin amounts are so high that I think it is not even necessary to take all the suggested amount.. I usually take 4-6 capsules per day so it will also last quite long with 360. No adverse effects found. I have found LEF brand also to be trustworthy.
