This is an excellent multi vitamin & minerals mix. It was recommended to me by my fanctional doc. Im a 58 old women and those tablets really makes a different.it has everything my body needs and it's the only supplement I use. I feel different in my hair density it's much thicker.I got more energy,my body feels stronger. I gave it a good score and not excellent just because of the size of the tablets,they are really Big. This is so so so much better in terms of nutrient content and quality than other commercial multivitamins. Each pill is quite big though, so if you have gag reflex like me, it might take some getting used to. The recommended daily dose is 8 tablets but my nutrition program recommended only 3 since I am also taking other supplements. I take 3 tablets in the morning (one at a time, each with spoonful of food haha) and it's really effective in boosting my immune system (my cough went away only after 1-2 days) and also in boosting my energy for the day. Expect your urine though to be bright yellow because of the B complex :P
